Dandurand's Piccadilly Pharmacy

This has to be one of the cutest pharmacy around. Not only do they dispense medicine, but you can come for cute little novelties. Along with snacks and cute women clothing. Because no one spends more on clothes than women.

Got a compound prescription from my doctor so had to go to this pharmacy over others. They told me they only run my insurance one day a week to see if the prescription is covered and I was welcome to pay full price and they would deal with insurance "later". Came in today to pick up my prescription and they charged me full price. Said that they were sorry but I wasn't included on the list today. Decided to take my business elsewhere because they refused to call insurance at this point and it took them well over 10 minutes to find my prescription that I dropped off two days ago. At that point they printed off a copy of the prescription and shooed me on my way saying that this should work where I go and they're still looking for the original. If you normally go to a big box pharmacy and would only go here for a compound prescription... Go elsewhere. I had a better experience when I took it to custom RX. They should be putting an emphasis on customer service but it's 100% lacking.

I would give them zero stars if that was an option. I have had to go to Dandurand's on a few occasions for a compound. It is ALWAYS a horrible experience. From them lying about my doctor not calling in a prescription to lying about how long it takes to compound a medicine. Truth is the customer service is horrendous and it's like pulling teeth to get the pharmacy to do their jobs. I would suggest going to CustomRX where they actually want to help you and they are honest.

Favorite pharmacy in Wichita, both East and West locations. Unlike other pharmacies, when you wait for a script to be filled, 10 mins is really 10 mins. While you wait you shop! The store has the best gift shop with unusual finds. Everyone one there is friendly and helpful.

Poor service. Dont expect to get in and out in less than 10 minutes even if youre the only person in the store - so if there are 2 people ahead of you, expect to be waiting 30 minutes.. They are constantly "losing" prescriptions or incorrectly filling prescriptions. If you can avoid this place, i recommend doing so.

The store actually carries cute home goods and clothes. The pharmacy though is lacking in customer service. The techs aren't the friendliest, and there's usually a wait. They also are terrible at calling you when your rx is ready.

exceptional help and support, even more so with having a child that lives fully off IV's and they work with his Boston team to make sure my son is getting everything he need live.

If I had a choice I'd go elsewhere. The service is mediocre. One time I was waiting and waiting with a toddler. It was finally my turn but someone walked in behind me. The cashier said she needed to help her first. No reason was given. There is a major lack of privacy. There is a sign about only one person at the counter but that doesn't seem to help. It would also be better if they had a drive through. I always feel like I'm annoying them. Recently I stood waiting for many minutes and no even said hello. They kept going about their business seeing me standing there. I have to pay a great deal out of pocket and would appreciate better privacy and service.
