The level on customer service and support is nothing I have experienced. Their approach when selling cars was not stressful and they did not over charge. The honesty and understanding was top-tier, I could never buy from a Briggs dealer ever again.

Every thing you fear about buying a used car you will experience here. They will sale you a car that they know is on its last leg... 2 days our car lasted and they said.. "it was fine when you drove off" run away from here!!!

This place was great we needed cars immediately for work! We Didn't have good credit and we still were able to get the cars we wanted. they worked with us on everything! They hooked it up with new tires and new keys and a fob! Everyone here was super friendly and courteous! We had very little time to shop as we were leaving town in a few days! If I'm ever needing to buy a car In Kansas when I'm here I'll come back here!!

Best dealership ever they completely shattered any expectations that I had and worked hard as possible for to put me in a car not only did they completely shatter any expectations that I had but they came in at the lowest price possible. I sent them a limit and they called 12 different banks to make sure that my price was very competitive Amy and Don at Del Motors worked harder for me than anybody in any dealership has ever done I gave them my criteria and not only did they bring me many options to look at but they gave me the most upgraded options in my price range as well. I am a customer for life.

I was sold a 2021 Ford Edge on January 20 2025 I thought it was a nice car but after only two weeks the check engine light came on and soon after the car stopped in the middle of the road. Come to find out that they sold me a car with a bad transmission and they knew. I was given a powertrain warranty but they want me to come out of pocket with $1200 to fix a faulty transmission on a car I only drove for 20 day. I will not be doing that I suggest that before you buy a car from them you take it to the mechanic and have them check it out. Now I'm out of my down payment thanks Rick

We are very upset with our car purchase from D.E.l. Motors. They denied it having any problems when we bought the car. We discovered a ton a problems amounting to thousands of dollars worth of repairs within the first 3 days. They didn't try to make things right. They just ignored us.

My husband and I bought a 2014 used Chevy Malibu with roughly 119,000 miles on it not even two months ago. Out of those two months, we have only been able to drive the car for ONE week. When my husband test drove the car, everything appeared to run smoothly. When we picked up the keys the next day, the car immediately began making an intense squealing noise and one of the headlights was out. We then called D.E.L. Motors immediately and asked to bring the car back as my husband and I desperately needed a car and paid all cash (which is significant for us as we are college students). We were told that they "do not do that kind of thing," so we ended up driving the car home. The squealing began to intensify and after waiting for their recommended dealership in our area to look at the car, which would have taken almost two weeks, we opted to take it to a trusted mechanic. Upon inspection the car had a water pump that was leaking, a bad alternator belt, and the AC compressor was the WRONG one for the car. All of this transpired after Rick had told us that their "mechanic" (I use this term very loosely as they missed all of the afore mentioned issues with the car) had changed all the belts and inspected the car. It then took almost a whole week for Rick to work out the payment method to the mechanic we chose after he communicated only after we called him. Mind you, he also ignored us for a few days as well citing that he was "very busy". On top of this, the dealership refused to pay for a new AC compressor since it wasn't "their fault," yet they somehow missed it upon their inspection of the car before they sold it to us. I would like to say that this is where the issues with our used car ends, but sadly it is not. I drove the car to work for one day and immediately the engine light came on and several warnings began to flash. Before we were even able to get it in, the car completely stalled, and we had to get it towed. The car ran for one week and this morning would not start again. This will make a total of three times we have had to take it back into a mechanic to have it looked at. My husband and I are both aware of the dangers of buying a used car, but the extent to which we have had issues is beyond ridiculous. To add on to the matter, the tires which they filled were 20 PSI over the max limit. Again, this is something even my husband knows better than to do even with his limited car experience. Another issue that arose was when the mechanic shop accidentally forgot to add the headlight charge on to the dealership's portion of the bill. I emailed Rick the receipt and requested that he send us a refund check for the headlight as soon as possible (we were told the day we took the car off of the lot that they would reimburse us for it). Rick then proceeded to ignore my email for four days and only responded to me after I sent a follow up email asking that he at least give the courtesy of acknowledging that he received it. He also said that he would immediately send us a check that day (November 1), and we have yet to get a check in the mail. Overall, I would never ever recommend going to D.E.L. Motors. Please do not let the good reviews fool you into thinking it will be a safe option. We unfortunately took a gamble and now we have a car that barely works.

This business is incredible. You always hear not to go to a dealership near base but this is absolutely an exception. We had a terrible experience in Manhattan and so we were kind of over the car shopping but seeing as a deer decided to snipe our car we had to have a new one. As soon as we walk up Amy(our guardian angle) comes out and just simply says if you need anything or have any questions just let me know. She let us look and just kind of enjoy the looking price, they were not like piranhas and have a great selection. Once we found a few we were interested in Amy gives us numbers for all and then shows us all inside and out and gives us all specs of each car. She is incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy whatsoever. After we decided on the one we wanted which honestly didn't take long :) the crew inside started working numbers and got us an incredible price and interest rate, better than any large dealership we've been too. They also have a lifetime powertrain warranty and offer a wide range of other warranties to choose from. They made the entire process so much easier and made us much more comfortable. Amy even offered to help me set up our new insurance on the car seeing as we had only had one vehicle prior and weren't sure how to transfer the insurance. If you are hesitant please do not be they definitely work with you and help you as much as possible. I can see why they've been in business as long as they have and in the future we will definitely go back for another vehicle.
