Mel does an amazing job with our teenagers pencil curls! We've been coming to her for just over a year and absolutely depend on her curl expertise. She's not only helped us understand how to properly care for her curls but also set a schedule with us to appropriately trim them! We have seen soooo much growth! If you have curly hair, this is a MUST!

I came in to be a model for a butterfly cut and absolutely love it!! Haylee was so polite and made me feel so comfortable in the chair after not having gotten my hair done is months. The turn out was SO cute!! Also the vibe of the environment was perfect with the Christmas decor and plants galore! Definitely will be coming back to get products or a haircut!

Went in to get a deluxe blow out. The stylist seemed annoyed to do my hair, and did not care to ask if I liked my hair by the end of the appointment. My hair looks a complete mess to where I was embarrassed to walk out of the salon. I will not be back. I would recommend this place to anyone who has 2c curls or less.

If my daughter has to tell "curl experts" how to style her hair, you cannot claim to be curl experts. My daughter went in for prom hair, and ended up redoing it when she got home. That is very disappointing considering the price she paid.

i went to one of the stylist for highlights. i let her know up front i had box dye in my hair. i showed her a picture of exactly what i wanted and she said she could make it happen and my hair looks nothing like it. the thing about it is if she would of told me up front that my hair may not reach the desired color, i would have never of done it. AS A CLIENT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRUST THAT A STYLIST KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND TALKING ABOUT. my hair pretty much looks the same as before, even worse at that.. my hair is like four different colors now WITH bleach damage. my curl pattern is now messed up. my hair is fried. i have curly hair & this girl did not know how to manage my hair. if you have african american kinky or curly hair DO NOT GO HERE, unless it's to meg. $200+ down the drain over a shitty job.

I would not recommend this place since their customer service is terrible. I had an appointment scheduled and I was sent a text to confirm the appointment, I am a working mom with a baby, and I couldn't confirm right away after receiving the text. I got a personal text from the salon to which I replied within an hour that I would not be able to come. It was still 2 days prior to my appointment, however, they told meThat I will be charged a cancellation fee of 50$. The original text mentioned nothing about a cancellation charge and I told them that I was only late by an hour and they don't mention anything about cancellation charges while booking the appointment or in their text message, but even then they still deducted 50$. If they had to send a personal text to confirm the appointment, they could at least send that prior to the 48 hr window so that the client has enough time to respond and is aware of the cancellation charges. Extremely disappointed!

I wish I could leave a good review but I had a horrible experience with the manager. My daughter has curly hair and I really needed a curly hair specialist to help us. We made our appointment for two month out because they are that busy. We were so excited. The day before the appointment they sent a reminder text stating that if we cancel within 24 hours we would owe 50%, which was fine. Then the day of, three hours to be exact, they texted me to cancel. They said they would provide a discount and rescheduled our appointment. The next appointment was cancelled as well via text. I called and left a voicemail requesting to reschedule with another stylist or just reschedule us. I told them I usually wouldn't have rescheduled since they cancelled twice, but stated I need help with my daughters hair. The next day received a text from the manager stating they would not be rescheduling my appointment because they didn't like our interactions this far. I'm terribly disappointed with this business and would not recommend if you value your time.
