Cuppa Yo

Love frozen yogurt so we were thrilled to hear about cuppa yo! Great location. Excellent hours (open later than Peach Wave). Great selection of toppings. Ok selection of flavors. The establishment is very clean. Customer service grade: C+ ..... we felt like the 2 girls working were more worried about gossiping about school than really trying to help customers out. Example: "pistachio I want to try that! Is there a sample cup anywhere..." ***searching and searching*** no help. Stared at the machines for an excessively extended amount of time..... still no help. Started putting small samples into the large bowl rather that the sampling cups which, turns out, are located next to the cash register - where customers typically conclude their experience so I find that particular "storage" choice to be odd especially if your staff isn't focused on the patrons and their needs. Anyways after we became epically overwhelmed and frustrated.... I finally settled on banana flavored yogurt with no toppings. Hubs had peanut butter yogurt with toppings and one of our 5 children had chocolate yogurt with toppings as well. All of our flavors tasted excellent according to our own testimonies. We didn't share!! I'm only sharing the frustration we had - so that anyone after us, who has read this review, may be more inspired to speak up - and ask for the appropriate guidance so that you don't have to deal with being totally overstimulated and essentially stranded. We are looking forward to trying new flavors each month. Now that we sort of know our way around being ignored won't bother us!! The website advertises some very interesting flavors that they rotate, so this is something we are excited to add to our monthly routines.

Great much needed addition to Andover and the Wichita area. Living in CA me and the family love tart yogurt. We were regulars at Pink Berry and Yogurtland and when we move to Wichita in mid 2017 we were sad that none of the yogurt places in Wichita carry plain tart.If you're a big fan of plain tart yogurt like me this is your spot. With lots of flavors and toppings to choose from such as tart yogurt and "Dole Whip pineapple" like Disneyland just to name my favorite. We will be regulars I just have one request to Cuppa Yo please serve the plain tart everyday because you are the only place in town with tart yogurt.Thank you Hubbard family for bringing Cuppa yo to Kansas and please open one in West Wichita and me and the family will be there every day.

Great experience! My favorite was the Cookie Monster flavor. The froyo was very smooth and creamy. Loved the flavor choices and will be back soon!

You get to make your own bowl! It's so good and delicious! They will help you and so friendly when you walk in the store. Clean and 8 different types to choose from and mix them up

This frozen yogurt is so delicious with the toppings that I want to visit this place again! It's got every sweet that I really like.

So glad to have a dessert spot right after eating chiang mai next door. I'm from the West Coast so my family and I often went to Yogurtland when we crave for some sweet dessert. Just moved here a year ago and we are so glad to find this new gem. Will come back and hopefully there will be more flavors to choose from. Worker is nice and helpful.

It was our first time going and the customer service was excellent. The young lady at the register had the biggest and prettiest smile. That makes my day when things are like the past. The yogurt was good but not many options well flavors of my liking. The place is small so not much room for the amount of people that was coming in at the same time. It was ok but it didn't compare to other fro yo businesses.
