Culver's

I've never had Culver's and tried it while on a work trip. I went through at 10:30 pm on a Wednesday night and everything I ordered was very good. The shrimp was fresh and crispy. The cheese curds were crunchy on the outside and had a tasty cheese in the middle. The salad was fresh and didn't have any gross pieces at the bottom. The iced tea was good and the service was fantastic! We don't have a Culver's where I live, so I'll definitely visit once more before I head home.

I never ate here until a few weeks ago and I'm very impressed by the restaurant. I ordered the Alaskan Cod meal and it was well worth the price. The woman who took my order was kind and attentive to what I said. The inside of the restaurant was nice and easy to get around.

My husband went to pick up a mobile order today at 5. We have been to a lot of Culver's in different states. This was by far the worst experience! My husband pulled up around 5, and called to say he was there. Person who answered the phone says order will be out in a few minutes. Ten minutes later, nothing. He goes inside and the food isn't there! He didn't end up getting our order till almost 5:40. Most of this I wouldn't write a review about; things happen. But the fact that only the high schooler on the register and the older woman cleaning tables would even acknowledge him or apologize doesn't speak well of whoever was in charge that shift. Love Culver's, but probably wont be back to this one.

PLEASE double check your to go orders.I ordered the cod meal to go and when I got home (a 50 mile round trip outside of Manhattan) to unload my $14+ dinner it was missing part of the meal! Living so far out of town, it wasn't worth it to drive all the way back as it would have taken me an hour round trip.So disappointed on this! You can bet if I return, I will double check the bag. For me this was a rare expenditure. However, the food I did get was just fine.
