Wonderful food but sells out in a very short time. They have very short operating hours and you need to be there in the first hour to have a choice.

Amazing quality pastries and bread, with a varying assortment of toppings and flavors.Check their Facebook each week for their rotating menu, the danishes, croissants, morning buns and koigin Amman all rotate flavors weekly. They routinely carry country sourdough, sourdough with local (Kansas) wheat and awesome focaccia.At Christmas their Christmas cookie boxes are TO DIE FOR! BRING CASH or plan to run by the ATM before you arrive. The bakery is located in the alley behind Main Street, they have a roll up garage style opening. If you arrive at eight expect a short line of regulars.

This bread is amazing! I recently went here for the first time on a weekend in May. The hard work and dedication that goes into making this bread definatly dhows in the final product. I also tried and would highly recommend the morning bun, think croissant mixed with a cinnamon roll, truly remarkable!! Bless these people, if going on Saturday make sure to arrive early as bread and treats start disappearing soon. Iwill be back to get more next time im in town.

We bought some of your pastries and bread at Hutchinson farmers market and they were fantastic!!!! High quality products. The booth at the farmers market in Hutchinson Kansas had a very unfriendly girl working there tho.

Fabulous aroma as you enter the bakery. Cannot decide whether to save the croissants for Sunday brunch or have them now Beautiful products.

We love this bakery and indulge as often as we can in their baked goods. Our favorites are the plain and the chocolate croissants. Fresh, crisp, and delicious with a cuppa tea, cocoa, or coffee, these croissants remind me of Paris!

Crust & Crumb has the best breads and sweets. They make THE best sourdough bread I have ever had. Delicious and healthy!
