Crupper's Corner

I purchased a refrigerator and dishwasher. Fridge went out in a year and dishwasher was never hooked up. The person installing the dishwasher slid it in and told me he forgot parts and would be back in a couple of weeks, he never came back!!!! Called them and told them about this and told them I had plumbers look at the dishwasher and they all told me they could not hook up the dishwasher as there were parts missing. He finally came back and started arguing with me about the dishwasher. He was rude and I STILL HAVE NO DISHWASHER HOOKED UP!!!! As he was leaving he yelled at my daughter and slammed my door.

My oven quit working last week. They sent Chuck out to fix it. I was so happy with the service. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had a washer that wasnt spinning out, they told me it was the motor. So ok i replace the motor 365.00 dollars later and then my washer let water out all iver my floor and still had standing water in it. So then they soday to check the eta on it, then i get told that im basically a liar and that they trust the technicians word over mine. So i kindly replied to them that i wasnt no longer doing buissness with them.. very poor review and service...
