Crumbl - Derby

Love the original chocolate chip cookie especially when they are hot and fresh out of the oven!!

Food: I like Crumble but the quality control for this location is hit or miss. I have ordered for delivery quite a few times and sometimes the cookies arrive and look pristine and sometimes, it looks like a small child assembled them. I know what you're thinking, what if the delivery person was at fault. Nope, when one cookie looks fine and another right next to it looks poorly made, that is a in store problem. The pies I ordered for thanksgiving had the same issue. 3 of the 5 flavors were fine but then the other two looked like they had gotten dressed in the dark. Maybe it's just a new person sometimes. The flavor is there but I would think twice if you wanted to bless or impress someone with a fancy delivery. Service/Ambiance: I have not been in store to purchase so I have no feelings about either of these. The lack of consistency does speak to the level of service though.

Didn't have the best experience so I communicated what happened with the manger. The manager was understanding and apologetic then promised me a mailed coupon. The coupon never arrived

Most of the cookies are good but very expensive. This location seems to run out of feature cookies more than the Wichita locations.

The best cookies. The flavor is consistent. Warm cookies are warm and cold cookies are cold. Oatmeal is my favorite.

Good food. Wish they would provide samples because I safely order what I'm sure I'll like and they pretty much all taste the same. Too expensive to take a chance on something might not like.

The service here is horrible. Super slow. I noticed 4 employees and all are moving slower than snails. Even though it's Valentine's Day you would think management would have been prepared for the rush.

I'm not sure if its the location or the company but the service is the worst I've ever had. They never have the cookies on the menu in the morning but the app let's you order them then the staff substitutes whatever they want despite what you order without even calling. This has happened multiple times and no one at the store will answer the phone. This place is absolutely not worth the hassle or money.
