When we received our car back after an insurance claim it was a mess due to horrible workmanship. There was actually new damage when we picked it up! Unfortunately we had to take it back a second time to have it repaired correctly cause insurance wouldn't let us take it elsewhere!!! Will NOT recommend to anyone ever again!!! How can you improve? Work on your customer service and the integrity of your work!!

Took for an auto claim and the car was returned with non working electrical. They claim " the car is haunted" by Bruce. They refuse to take responsibility and told me to take to somewhere else. GO ELSEWHERE!

I took my BMW in to have repairs made due to someone backing into my car while parked. When I picked my car up it was filthy inside and out!!!! I expressed my disatisfaction to both Bruce and the owners wife Hyka Anderson, neither one seemed very concerned about the situation. I was told that they didn't have a wash bay, but the owners wife "Hyka" said she would take it back and rinse it off. This was going to do very little for the outside and nothing about the inside of my car, so I said if that is all you are going to do to forget it. Hyka was very rude to me and had zero customer service skills. I would never use Crossroads Collision again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BE ADVISED, you don't want go through the same experience trust me!!!
