Cross Taxi

We had a hard time reaching out to cabs, my son had lost all faith in cabs in Iowa , I was desperate to find a cab service here, my son is autistic, and he wants things done, we love cross cab company, their drivers are very friendly and awesome , they restored my sons faith in cabs because in Iowa they were always late, my son used a cab , he got off of work at 4:00 and sometimes he would wait until 6:00 pm to go pick him up, that's why I give them a 5, maybe 5 more cause my son said he liked them too?

Owner of cross taxi told me my cab ride would be $180.00 over the phone, when he got to my house the price jumped up to $200.00 because he forgot I live in Webb city, how dishonest of him, when u tell someone a price you keep your ward, you don't cheat them, and if you make a mistake on the price of the cab ride, that's on you, you don't go back on your ward and upcharge your customers because you supposably forgot what city they live in, to all those who need cab rides Harper's transport in Joplin Missouri which is a taxi service is still in business and much cheaper than cross taxi I would recommend using Harper's transport,

Driver honked at other cars whole trip for no reason. Very rude and annoying. I would expect a more pleasant trip from the cross but not at all.
