Never purchase cabinets from this company. They don't value their employees and their cabinet quality is horrible. The management is unorganized and incompetent. The turn over rate is incredibly high and it reflects with the quality of their cabinets. I was previously employed for this company and I can say first hand you'd be better off buying from somewhere else. All of their cabinets get sent to customers with many defects. This company is verytoxic and thrives off of negativity. You'd be better off purchasing from a company that actually cares about their employees and customers

Last summer we began a wall-to-wall renovation of our kitchen. This was to be an upscale remodel with high end appliances and finishes, and we sought that same level of quality for our cabinets. After extensive research on cabinetmakers, we purchased $35,000 worth of custom-built walnut lower and painted upper cabinets from Crestwood, Inc. through a local kitchen design shop.Three months after our order was placed the cabinets were delivered, where unboxing revealed countless manufacturing defects, including six painted doors with noticeable blemishes/pitting/scratches, two painted cabinet boxes where screws had punctured the inside walls and cracked the paint finish, and one large cabinet built with incorrect interior features and dimensions. There was also significant damage done during shipping because of poor packaging, including 20+ shelves with bent/broken corners and a tall pantry cabinet with a large gouge on the exterior.These defects forced a five week shutdown of our renovation while we waited for the necessary replacement cabinets. When they finally arrived, we were disappointed to find that the replacement cabinets still had the same screws penetrating the boxes causing paint cracking, more doors with paint blemishes, and the same damaged shelf corners. Crestwood had done little to rectify these manufacturing, quality control, and shipping issues.At the request of our kitchen designer, a third-party manufacturing representative came out personally to see the damage. He agreed that these should have never left the factory in this condition, and a second set of replacements were ordered under warranty. It took 11 more weeks before Crestwood delivered us the replacements. When we received them, we were shocked to find that the second set of replacements were in worse condition than the originals! Our kitchen designer decided to hire a local cabinet refinisher to come out and finish the repairs, as we had all agreed that Crestwood could not be depended on to deliver an acceptable replacement.Needless to say, we will never again purchase cabinets from Crestwood, Inc. We hope that others will learn from our bad experience, and would encourage them look elsewhere for a different cabinet manufacturer, one who can deliver what Crestwood Inc. did not deliver to us - customer satisfaction with a quality product.

Customer service has been horrible every time we have dealt with them. Promised delivery dates not met. Shoddy workmanship. Even had to physically go pick up cabinets that were promised to be delivered by a certain date. Didn't even credit me for the freight. Will never use them again. Over priced garbage with horrible customer service.

These are the most overpriced, terrible cabinets and company I have ever worked with. Stay away from Crestwood!!! My cabinets are chipping, paint is rubbing off, and the company does not stand behind their product. Their customer service is awful and I've basically been told "too bad" when I spent over $300k on cabinets. Do not do business with these crooks!
