I underwent a sleep study and patiently waited over two months to hear the results from this company. I finally contacted them and they could not find my case anywhere. I waited on hold and she finally came back on the phone and said she could only find one that I did with them previously years ago. I told her no, that was not the one I needed. I had done this one a couple of months ago. She again put me on hold. When she came back I could hear her talking with another employee. "Oh yes, she said. That sleep study resulted in an error. You will need to come back in and do it over". If it resulted in an error I asked, why didn't you simply call me and ask me to come back in? Why has it been over two months and no one contacted me ?Dead silence on the other end. I will tell you why I said. Because your trying to cover up the fact you LOST my file! She made no rebuttal. Bottom line, I will not do business with a company that first loses my case study, and then lies to try and cover it up. Unbelievable!

Great customer service, a generous cpap mask return policy, friendly staff, the office is very clean and professional, and they have payment options for CPAP. The 2 locations are nice as I travel to KC often. With the huge mask selection in my opinion this is truly the top place to go.

Great service,I was told my supplies where covered by insurance because I had not gotten them fore the year. He rounded up all the supplies and gave to me and said insurance would take care of all of it. Then I got a bill for $25,paid it and I will find another supplier.

First reorder it took almost 2 weeks to get a new mask, second reorder it's been almost 3 weeks and still no mask. My old mask is leaking air so unusable and my $1600 machine is not being able to do its job. I will be looking for another supplier.
