Decided to switch due to increasing bills without increased use and poor customer service to find out the problem. At this time found that they were expecting equipment back we never got. They "forgave" it once we asked for proof of whoever signed for it (since it was bever sent) but I found out we've been getting changed $5 a month rental fee for equipment we never had which adds up to $180 over 3 years yhat they will not give back and effectivly stole from us. Be weary when considering Cox.

Don't waste your money. The employees are great. But they are not able to help. The company is a scam. Always price gouging, they increase the bill by $1 every few months. For no reason
