Countryside Pet Clinic & Resort

For rehab this is hands down the best clinic in the Wichita area and I've tried them all! The PT is also a human therapist who works half his days with people and half with dogs. I bet he likes the dogs best... The underwater treadmill water is clean and smells good. The other clinic in town that has a treadmill leaves your dog smelling awful, so don't go there unless you want to give him two baths and still have the whole house smell funny. Countryside takes time working with your dog and showing you what to do at home, and they encourage you to stay with your dog which Hank loves. I'm so glad I found them for my sweet older boy with a degenerative spinal problem, they have given me hope when the other clinic was uncaring and cold.

We have a two year golden doodle. She has been going to Countryside since she was a puppy. We love the Vets there. They are very focused on her while they are with her. The staff out front are very helpful with our needs. (They even carry my dog food to the car!)We also use their Pet Resort when we have to board her. We also take her there for daycare sometimes, so that she can play with the other dogs and burn some energy! They now have grooming, also. It is a home run for us! As a bonus, they are not far from where we live. We are very happy there as a customer!

Countryside came through in a pinch for our family. Kind, compassionate staff who live up to the clinic's values. We would definitely use them again if we have a need and strongly recommend them to others!

This place is fantastic. The facility is impeccable and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about your animal.

I have taken my 3 rescue dogs to both Countryside Pet Clinic and the Boarding for 2 years. I have been pleased with all of my experiences. The staff is super friendly and they're wonderful with my dogs. They always take the time to explain everything and possible options. I am surprised by the negative reviews because it has not been my experience AT ALL. I have lived in several different places so have experienced different vets and Countryside is great. I would give them 5 stars if I didn't often have to wait for appointments a little longer than I'd like. Not really long waits... but 3 yappy dogs makes it a little tedious.

Took our 14 yo dachshund in for the first time. Dr O'Brien spent so much time explaining what she found. A double heart murmur. Then she took time to call us when we had more questions. It never felt as if she were in a hurry. This isnt a money hungry machine, we felt special.

Avoid this "resort" at all costs. The front desk girl is disrespectful and acted like it was a HUGE inconvenience to her that I came to pick my dog up early because my flight had been cancelled. Then she kept putting my bag on the nasty floor. I would not trust this place with your pets.

Dr. Amanda Scherk is a very compassionate and thorough vet who has the utmost integrity I look for in a vet and who I would highly recommend to anyone who cares about their pets.

I took my sick pet chicken here to treat what we suspected was a respiratory infection and I love the fact that they have a vet who knows how to treat birds. I also love how when I called for an appointment the staff was very kind and caring and treated my case with respect and got us in right away. Thanks to their prompt attention my 8 year old hen is doing great and is back to being in charge of her flock.
