I was towed into their lot late at night. I checked in with them early in the morning. They said they would get on it right away. I was given the estimate and the repairs where done by 11:00 am. Also they had notice that my air filter needed changing. This was something that I was going to have done and forgot to tell them.Very clean and pleasant service.

Absolute worst dealership I have ever been to. The salesmanship was extremely poor. The guy was so arrogant in selling the truck I was interested in that when I asked if there was any chance in lowering the price of the truck he responded with how he was actually going to raise it. That's alright if he wants to rip off someone else but I wasn't going to let that happen to me. He gave me the impression that this dealership is solely interested in their own benefit. Don't come here if you're thinking that this dealership is wanting to give you the best deal.

Great experience, quick in & out & the finance department was a breeze, I liked the no pressure of this mid size country dealer, it was a real treat over the high pressure city dealers. 5 star all the way!!

Countryside Motors sets the bar as far as their knowledge of cars, fair prices and outstanding customer service. This was especially evident today when a senior walked in after his truck broke down. Richard and a mechanic drove to the truck to find out the problem. Unfortunately it was a Ford truck so they did not have the part needed. After explaining this Richard gave him a ride back to his truck where his son was going to meet him. Well done!

My husband and I bought a truck from them six years ago. Barney was our salesman and is the owner of the dealership. He was very easy to work with and treated us like family. We still keep in contact with him today.

Traded our jeep and traverse in and had equity. Got a mini van and a truck that they swore was great and they new the owner and that they have been driving it. Day one 33 miles blew a hose and overheated going down the road, they put a new end on the hose. Day 2 after I got it back it was smoking like a freight train and smelled like oil only have put 93 miles on it total. I bring it back and want to trade for something else they said they wouldn't give me what I paid so I had to pay them more. They wont even stand behind there vehicle for less than 100 miles. Then another sales men Jason comes out and says they wont even give me less than that for it. Said disregard what Greg said. Its junk and they wont stand behind it. They are not very good salesman and be very careful if you are thinking about buying from there, better have the vehicle tested before messing with them. Its been over 2 weeks now and still less than a hundred miles because I cant drive it and still don't have the title for it.
