Countryside Lawn & Tree Care

Was supposed to have had an estimate (for a new sprinkler system) this morning at 9:30 (or so)..said he had a meeting first and then would head my way. This appt was made late last week and he apparently failed to add it onto his calendar as it's now almost 3:00 and I've yet to see or, more importantly, hear from anyone!! I waited around, on my day off, most of the morning for NOTHING! Wonder how an actual installation would go.....lol No thanks!

We needed a sprinkler system installed. We called the first time, and they took down our phone number to call us back. They never did. We called two weeks later and made an appointment for them to come to our home for an estimate. They were a no call no-show. We must not be important enough for their business. A total waste of of time.

we love Countryside Lawn & Tree Care! when we bought our house in April 2017 we noticed some beautiful lawns in our neighborhood cared for by Countryside Lawn Care.oh my, they certainly know what they are doing. our service person is Martin and I think he cares as much about our lawn as we do. We use the full program and it is priced so reasonably! no grubs after their grub treatment! our neighbors across the street also use Countryside and their lawn is as healthy and pretty as ours. They are happy to answer questions and have a great reputation. I don't think anyone could go wrong with this company,

Countryside was very responsive last year when I had army worms and came out to spray fro them. I had them do some landscaping for me this spring to put in some gravel to improve access from the street to a concrete pad for my travel trailer. They have also been quick to come out to look and answer questions about the condition of the yard and trees when we have called. Very satisfied with the jobs they have done for me.

Got charged for services I declined, hidden interest rates, and very poor customer service. I redid their half way seeding job that I'm being fully charged for and the manager was literally yelling at me when I called to tell him about the job that was done. Please don't waste your time with these guys, you will be very disappointed.

I am an existing customer, and have been ever since we moved to our present location. We are on their annual maintenance plan for both lawn care and sprinkler services, which I pay for in advance. I recently received a bill for a winter fertilizer application. When I called them to inquire why a bill, as I signed up for the annual agreement, they said the amount was different than what I paid, that they had agreed to in January, so they were charging for a lawn application. So in essence, it was a bait and switch. So beware, they are not very ethical in their dealings! Can not recommend based on this recent experience.
