This is my second review of Dr. Fry as the first one doesn't show up for some reason. She has taken care of two beloved pets and we have had a wonderful experience and trust her fully. We also use Cornerstone for grooming services as well as boarding and love both. Everyone is so kind.

Dr. Fry is not touchy feely, but I can attest that she is very dedicated to the health of the animals that are under her care. She takes calls after hours and on holidays, and has been more than accommodating to get my poor pup's medication to him, even if his dumb owner forgets until Saturday morning to refill his meds. I am happy with the care we get at Cornerstone.

Please don't take your beloved pet here. Dr Fry is very rude as well as some of her staff. They tend to talk about customers with a smug attitude. With little to no sensitivity toward your pet. They are over priced! To spay a 60lb dog it cost $400. They stated they couldn't find the microchip but was found at another vets office. God forbid they found a lost dog and didn't scan it correctly.

Great service!! I was traveling and had an emergency with my puppy. I walked in and they got her in quickly and took great care of her. If I lived in the area this would be where I would take all of my pets. I am very grateful that they were there.

They take great care of my cat! She is kind of rude to strangers, but they know how to work with her. They always have last minute appointments available if you need to see them urgently. They also have an in-house groomer!!

I had an appointment for my puppy to get spayed. I brought her in at 7:45 am for curbside check in and told the tech that she may pregnant since she was throwing up, had no appetite and was gaining weight. I told her if my dog is pregnant, I don't want her to get spayed. I called in at 10 am to ask if she was pregnant. The response I received was "oh, she is okay and I haven't heard anything". I receive a phone call at 12 pm and they said she had her surgery. I said "oh, she wasn't pregnant then?!" I was told "she was pregnant but she no longer is." How do You misunderstand when a customer tells You "if my dog is pregnant, I don't want her spayed". I argued with the tech and she said "oh I'm sorry I misunderstood". That is absolutely not okay. When I picked up my dog at 3:30 pm. I tell them I want to speak to the Vet. Dr. Fry calls me and said she hears I have an issue. Do You think?! I told her the situation and she says "I have 3 employee tell me you wanted to terminate the pregnancy and have her spayed." I never said such thing! The fact that she says 3 employee told her...I only talked to the tech which is 1 employee!!! Why would I call back and keep asking if she was pregnant?? So now she is trying to turn this on me. I told her that I had a miscommunication issue with her tech the last time I was here and I gave you another chance. But now this is unacceptable. Dr. Fry tells me "well I can't put it back." Really??!! Do you really think I expected you to put the fetus back? I told her "of course, I didn't expect the fetus to be put back" but she needs to work with her staff on communication and understanding. I also said I won't be coming back. Dr. Fry's response, "I think that would be best." Definitely not sympathetic in her communication and response. I would not recommend anyone going to this Vet. Icing in the cake...they charged me an additional $90 for pregnancy spay!!!

Would not take my pets anywhere else . Very good clinic ! Very clean and friendly environment ! Dr fry is an exceptional vet , very through and explains her concerns and treatments !
