The service and attention to detail we received from Gim was above and beyond what we had hoped for after losing my mother-in-law unexpectedly. Gim kindly answered my questions and walked us through the cremation process with so much grace and understanding. They were very clear about cost up-front and didn't try upselling by any means. I'm so grateful for how well they helped with everything.

CC is a great company to work with. I've used them twice, and they are very helpful. From picking up my mom at the nursing home to delivering of the remains, they do it, quickly and with respect. The death certificates came quickly, so I could take the next steps.CC does all of this very reasonably. I recommend them to everyone!

When my aunt unexpectedly passed away, being from out of state, I had to rely on web searches and online reviews to find a place to assist with the arrangements. That is how I found Core Cremations. Mandi was so helpful, empathetic and compassionate. She helped guide me through the process, answered emails in off hours when I had an urgent question and always offered a kind word. Also, after hearing all of the horror stories of high pressure sales in the funeral industry taking advantage of grieving family members, I was so grateful to find that Mandi was exactly the opposite. She helped me look through the options with zero pressure to select more expensive options. She also didn't hesitate when I asked to remove a detail we didn't need, which reduced our bill slightly. My father's passing on Jan 1 2020 was somewhat expected, but also very up in the air as to when it would happen (hospice). Not knowing how to proceed or what exactly to do in the meantime leading up to his passing, I reached out to Core Cremation because their website was extremely informative and transparent about pricing. I was worried about being gouged by traditional funeral homes and sought a direct cremation, which is how I found Core. Tytus was extremely helpful and understanding during an especially difficult time in explaining how to proceed. He provided me with forms via text/web to fill out (in my own time) prior to my father's passing that made the process very smooth when he did pass. I was impressed with Core's professionalism and their helpfulness in notifying social security for us, providing info on how to close certain types of accounts, assisting with obtaining death certificates, and facilitation of the international shipment of a portion of my father's cremains. Tytus reached out to see how things were going via text and cell before and after my father's passing, and I appreciated his kindness. If you are looking for a straightforward, but also compassionately provided service (direct cremation in my case), I highly recommend Core. I hope I don't have to use them again, but I'm glad they exist if I do.I posted this review on Google as well.

Tytus and Mandi were extremely helpful thru this incredibly difficult time. They literally walked us thru all the required government documents, took care of social security and so much more. I felt they were right there with us thru out the entire difficult process. There was a lot of care and compassion which we are so grateful for. There was never any pressure put on us, just direction. My wife and I could never have dealt with the loss of our daughter without them. I was told they were were an awesome company but I had no idea how right he was until our experience with core Creamation. Thank you guys, we never could have made it without you!
