Horrible. Stayed there Nov 12, 2022. First, the room had just been painted, which you think would be a good thing. However, the negatives far outweigh this one positive. The towel rack/shelf in the bathroom was bent down about 30° and was rusted. It also had some sort of white foam substance stuck to it. Nasty. The bath towels were about half the size of normal bath towels. The wash clothes were tattered and frayed. The TV only had one channel that worked. The TV remote didn't work. I went to call the front desk but the phone didn't have a cord. We found a cord and it had both retainer tabs broken off of it so it was of no use. There is an entrance door on the south side of the building that is open 24 hours a day and you don't need a room key to get in. It's been repaired with ugly looking screen door hinges. The worst part is that there's a panic bar on the inside door so you can push the bar and the door should open, right? WRONG! You have to PULL the door towards you to get out. If there was an emergency like a fire, it would be a disaster, as nobody would be able to escape if a throng of people were trying to get out.Lastly, their "breakfast" consisted of a brown paper bag with a granola bar and a couple of packs of mini cake donuts. This place is a joke and an embarrassment to Park City. I will never stay at one of these places again. I tried to save a buck but never again.

Better than I would have expected. In the world of $60 hotels, this is a five star hotel. Five star... *for a $60 hotel.*The room I'm in is recently remodeled, and just a little nicer than a Super 8. It's not a white glove establishment by any means, but in today's day and age, I'd expect to pay 80 or 90 bucks for this room after tax and got it for 60. So that's pretty good.

Room was very good. Looks like some remodeling in lobby area. Price was great as well. Can't complain.
