Close to WSU west campus, Newman. Your parents can co sign if you are just starting out on your own and haven't established a credit history. They encourage new couples to move to Copper Creek Trail. Smoking allowed. Large breed dogs allowed. They don't have a dog park but you can drive to Swanson Park. Close to shopping, zoo and Sedgwick County Park. No gates, that makes for an easy in and out of the horse shoe driveway. Low lights at night so no glaring lights to keep you awake. They haven't established security or security cameras yet. Hopefully that will be competed along with the pool this summer. Very LBGQT friendly. Gas heating and cooking which helps reduce the cost of heating the apartment. Great views of the wheat field!

They would constantly harass me and my family. When my dog passed away they still made me pay the extra 20 dollars a month. The staff seems friendly at first but then they harass you. My kids that are teenagers could not even swim in the pool alone or else they would be harassed.
