Coop's Pizzeria

That was the tastiest gluten free pizza I've ever had. Arrived with a group of girls to run the crossroads marathon. Coops had all of the choices we wanted!

Brad took fantastic care of me, he was affable, helpful and just overall an incredible dude. Oh and the meatball calzone was AMAZING!!

The food was delicious, I know I use that word a lot to describe food, but it is accurate. The service was a little slow, but they were busy with carry out orders. It is a cute little place. It holds about 42 people.

A friend of mine worked here and she was treated poorly by other staff they would take her tips and say she didn't deserve them. Then her mom went in with her and the cook threaten them. Food may be good but the people in charge are not.

In addition to the meatball grinder and the Greek salad (1/2 was plenty), we got 2 sodas for less than $25. Everything was yummy and the service was fast and friendly. Since we were traveling through, it's also valid to point out that the dining area and the restrooms were clean and well maintained. We'll definitely stop here again.

I had an Italian sausage calzone and bread sticks. The calzone was very good. The crust was perfectly cooked with light texture and not overly crunchy on the outside. It was served with marinara sauce for dipping. The bread sticks were good also. My wife had a salad with chicken. She said it was very good. It wasn't your run of the mill iceberg lettuce salad. It had green leafy lettuce and spinach. She had it with vinaigrette dressing. The staff is very nice and attentive to our needs. We never had to wait for a refill on our drinks, which was delicious iced tea. Even with several tables filled with patrons, the wait was acceptable. Even though the restaurant is in a shopping mall and thus not a swanky place to impress your date, it was still clean and acceptable.

Flavors were good. I stopped in for lunch on a Monday. There were two other parties of 4 plus myself (nearly empty room). I ordered the Italian sandwich. By the time it landed on my table the "melted" cheese on my "hot" sandwich was hard. The sandwich itself was room temp. Cold food is inexcusable in an empty room. I will not return or recommend it to anyone. Save your money and time.

Coops pizza and salad is always good. Service is fast and I like the quiet atmosphere.

Great food! Great service! We were just passing through, but were lucky enough to find this place.
