i have used the one on N.Broadway for years and they were very good, friendly service and did whatever they could to satisfy there customers...But the one on S.Broadway in Haysville the exact opposite. the guy i talked to wasent about to go out in the heat and look at any problem i had. and was short tempered and acted like i was bugging him just being there. will never go there for anything again

I recently had them install a bed cover on my pickup. Due to a mistake in the part number a different model cover from the one I wanted was installed and I did not discover the error for a few days. They were good at working with me to get the parts to convert it to the correct version so that I did not need to be without a cover while waiting for the correct parts to come in. With COVID it took a while but they continued to work to get parts in and installed. I was satisfied with the final outcome. only 4 stars because the part number mix up ended up costing me a little more to get corrected than the cost of installing the correct one in the first place. However I was happy that they didn't leave me hanging and worked to get it taken care of.
