We live in Kansas City and made the drive down to Hutchinson to buy a used Honda Civic from Sarah B. Three hours each way is a long way to drive with only pictures of a car, but it was well worth it. Sarah was responsive over the phone before the sale, during, but most importantly afterwards. She's been amazing, and I'd definitely call her the next we need a vehicle. You should definitely give her a call if you want a great purchasing experience. KC folks - Spend the night at a local hotel and take the kids to the Cosomosphere while you're in town. The conklin cars dealership in, Newton ks goes above and beyond to take care of there customers. Fix it right the first time they have. Next the very best techs that will stay late or go in early when needed to make sure they can get ppl vehicles back on the road, along with service drive and management they have the best group of ppl there! We highly recommend Conklin cars in Newton ks on Ford! Please know they will match repair quotes if you bring one in from another shop if not cheaper they will do!!! The repair shops reminds me of a ma paw shop where they take care of there customers especially the lead techs! They have great car sales people who are very easy to work with and will help you save every cent they can!

Terrible Customer Service. Dishonest repair service department. The service dept. claimed a recent repair was 'out of warranty,' though it was only four months old, and that I would have to pay for the repair again. The manufacturer confirmed that it was NOT out of warranty. The dealership rep also blamed me for the shoddy work. Manufacturer had to get involved to get them to take responsibility for the shoddy work. They finally "repaired" my vehicle again. That repair did not even last one day. Next morning, I had the same problem. They again denied any responsibility and blamed me. I, again, had to call the manufacturer. I left several voicemails with both the service and general manager, without response, until the manufacturer intervened again (grr...seeing a theme, here?). I tried to get yet another appointment and only got the run-around. I told them I was coming this afternoon. The service manager insisted I go back to view the "repair," gaslighting me on the way to the repair area. He poked at various things under my vehicle, continuing, "I guess you think I'm to blame for this...and, that...." He continued blaming and attacking me, refusing to take responsibility for the recurring repair issue. I asked for a general manager in another building and got a "Scott." He sat, listened, then backed up his service manager's bullying. Apparently, he and the service manager had a chat before I was ever allowed to speak (btw...I was kept waiting to have this chat that ended in dismissal and minimizing). To top all this off (my bet is the "repair" will not stick), when I finally got out to my vehicle in the parking lot, the techs had parked it with the driver's side window down! My wallet and other valuables were inside! I gave them my car with all windows up and locked! I, again, this time, via phone, asked to speak to a manager. They again gave me "Scott." I told "Scott" what happened and his reply was, "I believe we need to part ways...." again! As if, I was somehow the problem or to blame for the shoddy repair work, his service manager's abuse, and the neglect, lack of care and security of my vehicle and belongings in their care! All of this is Unacceptable!

Purchased a used car in March of this year for over $40k with a lifetime Engine and Transmission warranty and told today that parts inside the transmission are not covered. I asked for the warranty the day I purchased, a few weeks after I purchased and again this week and I still haven't received a copy. Talked to the general manager and was told they aren't going to stand behind what their employees say and the repairs are on me. Wouldn't buy anything from them and wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
