Took my car in to get a recall done. I also got my tires rotated and oil changed. Upon leaving after the work was done I noticed my car was making a loud noise. I called them the next day and brought it back in for them to look at again. They said I had a problem with a tire. When asking the service manager why it wasn't caught he said "well we cant catch everything." I felt like he was talking down to me. They then called a tire place to get a replacement, but I decided to take my business elsewhere. I've bought my last two cars there, but I will not be coming back.

Charged me for headlight bulb replacement that should have been warrantied. They are no longer a certified Chevrolet or General Motors dealership which was verified by GM customer service, when asking the arrogant service manager about this he said that they were lying at GM and I didn't know what I was talking about. $64 worth of labor to install 2 headlight bulbs that took them less than 10 minutes to install. I would recommend you go elsewhere because these people are sharks. Oil change price was the only thing decent, beware though because as verified by General Motors customer service they are no longer a certified GM dealer they've been suspended.

Very good experience. they found that the computer module that runs the backup camera was faulty and burning out the backup camera (serviced twice and replaced once). Ordered a new one and had it fixed in three hours.

We recently bought a new Cadillac from Jeremiah Herwig, what an experience! Easiest new car purchase I've ever made, and the quickest. I'm quite accustomed to sitting in the dealership haggling over every detail, taking hours and hours, there was no need to here, I showed them what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay and DONE DEAL! Jeremiah was very nice, explained every detail in the car and made sure we were completely happy with our new purchase. First time I've ever left a dealership with a good feeling and not like I just got "sold".

We drove our daughter's Honda Civic from SoCal to Kansas. A/C wasn't cooling and the tires sounded like they were slapping against the concrete. Called Conklin and made an appointment. I was greeted by Jeff in Customer Service, I informed him of the issues, he promptly had a diagnostic test performed,. Jeff informed me of the crack in the a/c compressor shaft, He also discovered the crack was covered under my warranty!! He also found 4 matching tires which were replaced with the original tires. The original tires were cupping which caused the excessive noise. Jeff is an exemplary example of the ultimate customer service! His friendly, professional, responsive attitude made it an ideal and stress free experience!! Thank you Jeff! Conklin is fortunate to have such an experienced and caring employee!

Normally I rave about this place! Bought three vehicles from them too. I even have brought my car here for all my repair needs. I was in an accident back in Dec 2020 and I told my insurance to contact here since I'm loving it. I waited two days after we were told we'd hear from them. I called, got bounced around and no one warned me they were doing so. Finally get someone and I asked if they are done bouncing me around and before I could explain why I was buggered about it, they launched into this whole "we are at several locations, 22 departments" etc. I was appalled because I was trying to convey the issue. Once I finally explained, for the 3rd time why I was calling, this person just rudely started rattling off details about the claim and information and I'm trying to tell him to stop talking because I haven't caught a single word they said, instead of stopping, kept going. I even screamed to stop and shut up, they kept talking. By the time he finally stopped, I was livid! I was trying to explain he wasted his breath because now I have to have him repeat it! He was agitated and of course I'm saying I can talk to their manager instead or we can do this another way. The follow up calls were better, but this has left such a sour taste in my mouth. I'm not even sure I want to go back to them. Now, he has proven to have worked hard to get my vehicle situated, so I am hoping it ends up being just a bad day on their part. But the transferring me around without saying they were, was super annoying.Their services and work are pretty awesome though!

Conklin provided excellent service for 4 years, won my loyalty. Until I needed help with a warranty claim; the General Manager ordered his staff not honor their warranty or assist me as I had not bought the car from Conklin. He said that while I owned a Chevrolet, I was 'not their customer'. I will never deal with them again as long as this idiot is their GM.

I wanted to purchase a vehicle from these guys and i was told there was nothing I could to help me I have the money to buy a car outright or just do a simple down payment but I wasn't even given a chance. The salesmen will give up on you and not help you at all so honestly I wouldn't bother with these guys.

5 miles outside of Salina on December 23rd at 2:30 am on our way back to Dallas our Suburban alternator failed. We quickly found a hotel. I started calling service centers at 7:00 am that morning. Tony Markowski at Conklin Cars couldn't guarantee a fast service since the schedule was already full. I checked in the vehicle in and hoped for the best. Tony saved the day for us. We were out within 2 hours and back on our way to Dallas. I sincerely appreciate Tony's efforts to help us during the holidays.
