update and credit where credit's due: thought I'd give them another chance after I got the necessary parts. Got concerned when the tech starting arguing with me whether or not my computer NEEDED a better heat sink/fan and power supply...AFTER she had previously recommended those upgrades a month ago. 24 hours later, after successful installation of the provided parts, I took the computer home, booted it up, and it seems to be running smoother and cooler. The crashes seem to be limited to a couple software programs, so maybe a re-install might be in order.Repairs and service are very affordable, and she seemed like she really wanted to put the computer at its optimal health and speed.
