Just like the other review for this company they stated we would get paid Net 45. Job was in early December and received payment 4 months later after several calls were made to them. We are a small business that will not work with them again because of how slow the payment was.

Hello company does not pay invoices when due. Net 45 company from date of invoice but evidently not the day you actually invoice them.

Contractors DO NOT get scammed!!!! My first invoice after project completion was lost. (not so says the email record.) My second invoice submission I sent was received on 10/29 and yet they attest to a 11/29 date. (not so says the email record) They then said that CFS was being sold or restructured so my invoice was lost in processing. Happy to say the invoice was very small. However, for everyone else out there I will go forward with a filing a complaint at the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and begin the paperwork to perfect a lien on CFS and the property they service #petco.

Go look at their Facebook Page.....They don't pay their vendors that service their clients. They lie and are rude on the phone once the job is completed. They owe us over $4K and the last job was COD with a credit card and of course we are still waiting for Kate to call us with credit card payment! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
