I lived there back in 2010. I absolutely loved it. I lived on the 4th floor and I will tell you the truth, it was haunted. It gave me fair warning my husband was going to die and I had felt something hold my hand to comfort me and knew it was directed towards my husband. Many other things happened. My grandson had an experience as well as my 45 yr old son. They refused to go back there but it keeps calling my name. I just seen it was up for sale and wish I could buy that apartment. I want to go back there so bad. The neighborhood sucks since there's a soup kitchen across the street and homeless hang out but away from that I would love to move back to that certain apartment

One star is being generous for this place and that's based only on the history of the building it self. The foyer of the building smells bad. The elevator is a death trap just waiting to be sprung. Even says "help" on the ceiling. There are homeless people sleeping in the stairwells. The washing machines do not agitate and the dryers don't dry. The 5th floor smells like cat piss, cigarettes, pot and something else I couldn't identify. People are throwing away their belongings due to a bed bug infestation and the place is over ran with roaches. Save your money! keep looking! Considering calling the health department about bed bugs and the over whelming odor of cat urine. Only God knows how many cats are being kept and if they are even being cared for! Do not fall for the "go to" landlord line of "Well this unit didn't have bed bugs when you moved in so you will have to pay the expense of the extermination." THEY ALWAYS EXTERMINATE right before renting a unit out! So of course there are no bed bugs or roaches when you move in! But in a few weeks/months the bugs will return from other units in the building that have not been treated! According to Rental health code laws the land lord or building owner is responsible for all exterminations unless they can PROVE that the tenant brought the bugs in with them. It would be a whole hell of a lot easier to prove that the bugs were there prior to tenant moving in than for the land lord to prove that the tenant brought them into the unit. ASK FOR BED BUG AND RODENT REPORTS AND EXTERMINATION RECORDS! By law, if requested, landlord must show these documents!

I'd give a one star if I could. I stopped by thinking of renting a place. The door was propped open. The place smelled like someone smoked a carton of weed and cigs. I went in but no one was at the front desk. I peeked into the second floor and a man named Scott (claimed he was a property manager) immediately got aggressive about telling me to leave and make an appointment. Okay, I go back down and take a look at the hallway on my right (the only insight of cleanliness I could get). He came down asking his crew where I went. I said I'm right here, can I not look at the hall?? He said no, tried to hand me an app, and told me to "fucking apply." I threw the app on the ground and he shouted to "get the fuck out." He asked his crew how I got in, I said the door was propped open?? His crew yelled and cussed that I was a "fucking liar I didn't leave shit open!" I honestly couldn't believe what was happening. Although this is owned by Branson Property Mgmt I imagine Scott and the crew are the maintenance. That's all I needed to stay the hell away from the Commodore AND Branson properties.

It's been about 11 years since I lived here. I just think people should know about the ghosts. It's 100 percent haunted. While living with my mother and baby here I did home health. Yes some of the residents were very rough but most were veterans and tried to live normal life's. We all experienced crazy things. Out of my experiences the time my phone flew 6ft across the room right in front of me was the worst. Heavy wooden doors would randomly slam, my patients would freak out on a regular basis that "someone was in their apartment " ... it became too much over a short 4 months. We moved asap.

The new management is very helpful and friendly! I was skeptical of the area at first , but due to the fact that the building is secure it eased any concern I had about safety.I was impressed when I entered the building and greeted by the manager, she was very pleasant and made me feel at home.
