Comfort Homes

This company is the worst. they hired their son to manage the homes. besides being arrogant and mysogonistic, he gets to your issue when he feels like it. They subcontract with an incompetent lawn service that installed sprinklers pointing in the wrong direction and malfunctioned, which had been rolled into my mortgage. They also installed sod that never took root. Various neighbors said they had the same experience. this lawn service didnt care to correct these issues, even stating to me "he's done". I tried to explain this to the owners of comfort homes, numerous times over the phone, through email and certified mail, including pictures of the errors in the yard and phone texts . Nothing was done about it. No explanation was given. No response was given. Total silence. I had to hire another lawn service to correct the errors, again which came out of my pocket a second time. avoid this company at all costs. I've never dealt with home builders of this level of unprofessionalism, and I've lived all over the country.
