Dr. Whisler was amazing through all prenatal care and delivery!! As a first time mom she was very calm and made me feel very at ease throughout the entire pregnancy. I would highly recommend her!

Scheduled an appointment a year in advance, checked in 10 minutes early. 7 people checked in after me and 4 of the 7 were called back before me. I sat for 35 minutes before asking the front desk receptionist when I'd be next. I had my toddlers and husband (who took off work) sitting in the car waiting on me. She asked my name and who I was there to see, and when I answered she made a face like "uh oh" as if she'd forgotten to put me down or something. Another woman in the waiting room approached the desk with a similar concern before me and said she had been waiting a while and it sounded like the SAME receptionist had forgotten to check her in/put her folder where it needed to go for the nurses to call her back. After she confirmed who I was, she said "you're next so I'm not sure why you've had to wait." And I told her multiple people that came in after me had been called back already. She said 2 doctors had to go for deliveries, and that the person I was there to see was the one who was taking over for one of them. Okay, understandable. So I asked how long til I would actually be seen. She said she didn't know but would ask and then asked if I wanted to reschedule.. what?! I scheduled my appt a year in advance and had been waiting for 40 minutes at this point, why would I reschedule if you said I was next? Well, I WASNT next. And she never found out how long it would be. She avoided eye contact with me the entire rest of the time I sat in the waiting room and 7 people were called back in the next 25 minutes, and not one of them was me. So I called the west side location, told them the situation and they got me scheduled for an appt with my ACTUAL doctor in the next few weeks. In the 5 minute phone call, 5 additional people were called back, not a single one was me. All in all, I will NEVER return to this location. I waited 65 minutes, was never seen, and 12, TWELVE people were called before me even though I was "next". Do NOT go here!

They demand payment for delivery before you begin prenatal appointments. Stressful. I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks and have a court summons for the cost of of the D&C. Extremely disappointed in the OB office I've went to for the last 13 years and had 4 children through. I used to recommend them to everyone, but I warn them away now.

As a 23 year old, I unexpectedly wound up pregnant. I was referred to my local clinic, but I didn't like the OBGYN I was seeing. A friend recommended Dr. Stork. I went in to see her and I love her! She's incredibly kind and is informative. I feel much more comfortable now, then I was.

The ladies up front were rude and snobby! The doctor is very unprofessional and has no bedside manors! Had to have emergency surgery and the doctor was 10 mins in and was over her head and had to call in another doctor! All around this place is bad and unprofessional

I'm scheduled for surgery which is stressful at its max already!! Then dealing with my insurance making sure everybody is in network so I don't have any extra medical bills. I'm working with such a tremendously special employee named Lisa. She is this magnificent ROCKSTAR who assisted me day in and day out for the last week. I owe all my gratitude to her. I couldn't of done it without her. Thank you Lisa for your patience and time in assisting me through this process! You are and always will be a ROCKSTAR to me!!!!!
