Clay Center Floral

I had ordered a floral spray for a memorial service from another florist. They subcontracted out to Clay center floral and when it arrived, while it was beautiful, it hadn't been what I had ordered. I spoke with the owner and when she learned of the circumstance and that she had not been given my order as I had given it to the original florist she had the flowers picked up, re-did the full arrangement and added additional flowers to make it what had been asked for originally. She hand delivered the spray that same night. Excellent customer service and beautiful work. I couldn't be more grateful.
