Classy Nails & Spa

i was thrilled to find a place in Wichita that also has children's pricing. So many places charge the same amount for kids as for us big "kids". I took my daughter and her friend there to get their nails and toes done for her birthday. Great experience. The girls loved it. Thanks again!!!

Normally I love this salon they are super fast and my guy gives an amazing foot massage. I go once a month for a pedicure. I'm here today, in my 9th month of pregnancy for my last pedicure for a while. Normally all the TVs are muted, but the owner is watching a football game on the one that is directly above my head, and the volume is ear piercing where I'm sitting. Been sitting here for 10 minutes and I already have a headache. I asked my nail tech if he could turn it down, and I watched him ask the owner. Not sure how much he turned it down, but it's still very loud. This isn't the last relaxing pedicure I was hoping for. Very disappointed with today's experience.

The man at the front who is the manager is so rude and he won't consider any concerns when a nail technician made a mistakes with your nails. Be careful telling your concerns because the employee here are defensive and will fight and will give an argument if you have concern as customer. Very rude employees with no respect.

a lot of phenomenal reviews, which is why i went this evening! i asked for a classy pedicure which comes with all the regular pedicure benifits plus some extras for $46, i was totally okay with that! the shop was great, with the football game on, and was very happy on the first impression. as my pedicure started i fully enjoyed my time, until my tech was focused on everything except me. rubbed the same 3" of my shin while talking to the tech next to her. used one hot stone instead of two. & continuously wasn't paying attention to me, just going through the same motion and not paying attention to my whole leg. my nails are all cut to different lengths, dry spots and areas not even touched, and my cuticles were not maintained. i could have painted my nails at home. i didn't get no chip at the end because i didn't want to spend the extra money at this point & had zero opportunity to dry my nails before telling me i could go pay.

No class at classy nails.One of the worst places for nail service. Rude and discourteous staff and believe they can ridicule Americans. Unpleasant and unprofessional with poor nail work.

I love Classy Nails! I've been going there for years and I love the vibes and the people. I'm pretty simple with my nails and it's always good. If it ever isn't what I was wanting, I respectfully communicate that and they have always fixed it. 10/10 recommend!!

I definitely recommend this place!! Very nice environment and staff people were very polite. It can be hard understanding sometimes but they still do what you want! My nails turned out fabulous and I will definitely be going back !

In town visiting friends and the thought of spa time together seemed great. I opted for a dip manicure. I got the dip but my definition of a manicure is a bit different than the service offered. There was no soaking or cleaning up my nail beds other than the awful use of a mechanical buffer. As you'll see in the pictures my "manicure" is sloppy and way over priced for the loud, assembly line experience. The staff was friendly which helped a lot but this was not a relaxing experience for me. If you are looking for a relaxing high quality experience you may want to go somewhere else. I wish I could say "you get what you pay for" but I paid way too much for this mess. My one cuticle is raw from the buffing machine- there is product under all of my nails- the filing and shaping is not uniform

ugh i'm disappointed-i had a really bad experience my first time and then they fixed it for me free of charge- i went back the second time and my nails were beautiful, so i went back again and these are pretty rough again. the lady doing my nails was super kind but she was going so fast and they are very messy and clunky and overall don't look great. i don't want to be a karen but paying 51 for these is just ridiculous:( everyone here is so kind it makes me sad!!
