Shit place to live. Maintenance takes weeks to handle leaks, mold, broken appliances. No one inforces the no smoking rule or makes people actually pick up their dogs shit. It's on the sidewalks, in the grass, in the parking lot, by the mail boxes. There are bugs! Roachs! I have never had an issue anywhere before with bugs but my upstairs neighbor left bags of trash on the landing and you could see roaches crawling out of them. I saw them out of the vents as well. There is no routine pest control or inspections so people live in absolute filth. You can smell pet waste and rotting food through the shared space between floors.Packages will get stolen from in front of your door and the mail room! It's under reno now but the office won't contact you about packages OR wait days to let you know. They also tried to give me other people's packages MULTIPLE TIMES. They don't care. Neglectful of tenant safety. I have partial disability because of nerve damage in my foot and they left a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom drip onto my floor for two weeks. It was incredibly dangerous and stressful. No surprise, there was black mold growing in the vent in a week. They didn't send out a specialist but the normal maintenance guy with a jug of 'idk, bleach or something,' to spray it. The only good thing about the place is it's affordable.

I have lived here for over 2 years and their have been some minor problems that I can easily deal with but this will now be the SECOND SUMMER IN A ROW where my AC has stopped working!!! And last summer, it lasted for an ENTIRE WEEK!! I am hoping this does not last as long. This is getting very irritating and I will for sure not be renewing again.

Worst place I have ever rented from, ask for a smoke detector 2 weeks ago, still haven't gotten one. Will not renew our rent agreement here! People are incredibly rude and neglectful!

Not even worth one star. They have health hazards EVERYWHERE, and refuse to fix them in a timely manner. They're absolutely horrid to try and work with, for example, we had to live without a fridge for FOUR. YEARS. FOUR. It gave out, so I had nowhere appropriate to store my cat's insulin. Yeah, RIP, as you can guess. They don't care, and as someone who's lived there for over a decade, it's becoming more and more unsafe. Do. Not. Live. Here. It's NOT WORTH IT.

Poor Staffing and Pre Leasing ExperienceI really wanted to live here, and at first I was welcomed by a sweet girl, she was incredibly accommodating, and made sure all of my questions were answered. Then it came time to place a holding fee, well I want everyone to be aware that this apartment complex is going to try and nickel and dime you for everything that you are worth. I had to put down $200 to hold the apartment, $50 was non refundable(it goes towards the application fee), which I thought was incredibly reasonable. Now, the other $150 does not go towards ANYTHING if you are approved for the apartment, and is refundable if you are NOT APPROVED or if you decide within 72 hours FROM THE TIME YOU SIGN the application that you do not want the apartment. I was told outside of the 72 hour window that I was approved, and that it was going to be an ADDITIONAL $200 on top of a $175 nonrefundable bond. It was going to be nearly $900 just to move into a studio, and I thought that was ridiculous. The manager was not friendly and Needless to say I did not move in here based on my pre-leasing experience. Here is a compact list of the items that I would like potential tenants to be aware of(and honestly I just would not recommend this community):1. Do not let the apartment complex scare you into putting down a holding fee, unless you are certain that you want to move in, because you only have 72 hours to have the money refunded and chance are the complex will be deceitful and tell you that you are approved out of the 72 hour window so you cannot be refunded the money. I do not want you to be out $200 like I am. 2. Chances are you will never speak to the same person twice. I had the hardest time keeping track of who I spoke to and when because it always changes. Excuses you'll hear are " They are off today and will be back tomorrow" (yeah no, they were out all week) "They are at lunch, is there something I can help you with? " Keep note of who you speak to and when. 3. They will not show you the apartment you are moving into until you move in. When you ask for a showing they show you a lovely staged apartment, that may or may not look like what you are moving into, and that quite frankly is scary. 4. Be mindful of your pre-leasing experience, because how you are treated during that time will be indicative of how you are treated while living there. 5. Ultimately, the decision is yours, and I simply want others to keep their hard earned money, and have a more pleasant experience than mine.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I've lived here 3 months and already had the sewer back up (so couldn't shower 1 day) and now the hot water heater is broken. Called the emergency maintenance line and instead of being able to leave a message like I was supposed to, it says "thanks for calling goodbye." When I finally got ahold of a voicemail the next day they sent maintenance to look and said it wouldn't be fixed until Monday because I need a new one and the store already closed for the day... WELL MAYBE IF YOUR EMERGENCY LINE WORKED YOU WOULD'VE GOTTEN TO ME SOONER. So that's another 3 days I can't shower here. Then went into the office to talk to someone and she told me I should've called the number on the website.... then why do you have this number in the residence packet for emergencies?? Asked if there was anything I could do and I got told I'd have to take a cold shower if I want to shower for work Monday. Ridiculous. Wasn't offered compensation or anything.

Doesn't even deserve a star... I pay extra for the "renovations" but they're a joke and not even up to par my "entry way" is all carpet. I doesn't fit a rug so the carpets gross there. But there's been issues since I've moved in. Including water getting turned off a couple times a month because of issues. Also a single woman I do not feel safe I've been approached many times and harassed just walking to the mailbox. Also was stalked by a neighbor with unwanted advances who openly admitted to drug & alcohol abuse people are constantly coming and going at all hours of the night being loud. The so called security I have never seen. I live next to one of the dumpsters and they pickup trash around 3 am twice a week waking me up with a very loud crash. Someone backed up into my car and did not leave a note. At one point there was a huge leak in my bathroom and instead of properly fixing it they put caulking around it so it seeped even more and the ceiling is now falling. When they put caulking on the leak in the shower at some point they put the caulking container in my sink so my sink does not drain. Most of my outlets do not work. And front doors are not secure. The list goes on. Don't live there if you don't have to.

I would not recommend this place to even an enemy of mine. I had no issues with the staff at this place. In fact all the staff I met were always friendly. As far as quality and cleanliness goes this is where they fall short. Ill start with the apartment and the walk through. As we walked in to the apartment the front door was only holding on with one hinge because the screws had fallen out of the other hinge. I never said anything at first, only to see if the staff was going to say anything like, " Oh dear the door is falling off, I cant believe maintenance didn't notice this prior to the walk through." Now I do not own a business or anything but I would think that anybody who did, would want everything to be fixed and working properly right away. BTW not one of the two staff members did ever say anything about the door falling off the hinges before or after the walk through, even with it being so obvious. As we walked in to the apartment the smell off the place was awful. They had put new carpet down when the last people moved out, so you would think the smell would have been at least neutral but it was far from that. When we entered both bedrooms there was a spider in each room. Now most people are probably not as frightened of spiders as I am but I would still think that the staff would say something like,"Wow, two spiders in here, don't worry I will have someone come and take care of them as soon as possible." Again that did not happen, they left the room almost as fast as they went in the room and ignored it. This yet again is not a good act of customer service if you ask me. We were almost finished when we went into the dining room closet and the light bulb was hard to turn on. You would have to pull the string 8 times just to get the light on. The staff again felt like that was perfectly normal and ok. Last but not least I will talk about the stove. The oven door was floppy. It did not stay shut at all. For that reason, because I have a toddler I did not use the oven but more then once, while I was there. Luckily I only had to be in that apartment for no longer then two months. Yes, I only paid approx $800 a month but I would still expect to have better service and quality. The lawn care was done weekly, so that was kept up well. These apartments allowed dogs small and large. Almost everybody had a dog that I noticed. They did have doggy poop stations throughout the complexes but im not sure if anybody used them. You couldn't walk in the grass without having to dodge 3-4 piles of doggy poo. I think its great to allow dogs in the complex, but then I feel like they need to hire somebody to clean up the dog poop. From what I was told, there is no way to hold the tenants accountable for there dogs waste, unless the staff directly sees them not picking up after there dogs. So this means basically that zero people are every going to be held accountable!Anyways this was my experience living here at the Claremont apartments. I wouldn't recommend living here but if you do I hope your experience is much better then mine.
