Andrew came out next day to my rental house to do a whole house carpet cleaning. I was moving out and wanted my full deposit back but the house had light carpet and I had 4 kids and the grandbaby living with me so I wasn't hopeful. He got all the carpets clean and I got my deposit back! The landlord was so impressed he even hired him for other properties after he saw what a great job they did. I am so happy with them and I recommend City Steam Clean to anyone looking for truly clean carpets!

I like my carpet again. My carpets are finally clean like when they were new. Periodically we have carpet cleaners in and even tried it ourselves but they never really seem to get clean. Until now! This carpet cleaner, Andrew is his name, really cleaned the carpets deep down, and cheaper than anyone else too! He didn't just run the machine over the area but really made sure the carpets were clean, smelled good and were protected like I've never seen done before.He also explained what made carpets dirty and what it takes to make carpets clean, how to maintain them and what to do in emergencies, like bad spills and such. I know a lot more about carpet care now which is helpful.My carpets are clean and healthy again and I'm not broke from it! I'll recommend City Steam Clean carpet cleaners to all my clients, buyers and sellers.

This guy did such a poor job yesterday that I decided to go buy a carpet machine today. I paid less for it than I paid to have the carpet cleaned yesterday. The water was so dirty in the tank when I dumped it the first time, I was amazed. And I dragged up enough pet hair in the brush that it looks like a small hamster.

Andrew and his crew did a fantastic job on our carpet and upholstery. Everything looks and smells like new again. He was on time, very professional and got the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family, and I'll be using him again in the future when the time comes.

Dillon Q came out today and cleaned my carpets. Very professional young gentleman. And he did an amazing job. Pet stains that I didn't think would come out, did. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.
