This place is exactly what you'd want and expect when you go to a family type non-chain restaurant in small town Kansas. The workers were all super polite and patient with our large crowd. We had 27 people and they only messed up one order- and that was just adding gravy to something. No biggie. There's a salad bar here- haven't seen one of those in a big city in at least a decade! So that was a fun little throwback. Nobody raved about their food, but nobody hated it either. It's just your basic average down home cooking type cuisine. Their side dish list is large and mouth-watering, and I chose fried okra- so fun! While clean, the place is old and the décor looks like it was all ordered out of a country kitsch catalog from the 1970's.

A good local country side restaurant. Had a chance to dine in when we went for Oklahoma road trip .Small family run traditional american restaurant. They have a very good salad bar and special home made garlic bread .Garlic bread was bit oily ,but it was so delicious. We ordered a double ham burger, chicken sandwich ,fish sandwich and a Ribeye steak .Not only the main course ,but the sides (kettle corn, mash potatoes etc) were also so yummy.they have the special home made pies and cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll is so delicious that you should never miss..

This is the best restaurant I've been in for quite a while. Really good and tasty food and their dinner rolls are amazing. Reasonable prices and great service. I'm just passing through town or otherwise I would eat here several nights a week.

Just passing through and wanted a good dinner. This place is amazing! Fast and delicious, both the country fried steak sandwich and fried chicken livers were outstanding. Loved the rolls and sides: green beans, mashed potatoes, and creamy cole slaw.

I have been to Cindy's Copper Kettle twice now. The food is okay. The service is not good whatsoever. The owner can be rude. The wait staff is both trying to wait tables and do food prep. I'm not overally impressed.

Pan fried steak was really tender liked that I received a trip through the salad bar with my dinner. Everyone loved the chicken noodles over mashed that ordered them. Our friend had meatloaf and enjoyed it. Good simple homemade comfort food. Great service, waitress was very attentive and we never had to ask for a drink refill and promptly brought the check and cleared the table as needed. Offered to go containers for those that needed them. The wrapped cinnamon rolls at the counter looked yummy, but didn't buy any.

Quant place. I had the saturday Ribeye special. Asked for medium, got medium well...but it was still tasty. The sides are all homemade...choices of different potatoes..scallop, mashed, baked. Nothing was boxed. The salad bar was just as appetizing. This is small town food and you'll notice that all the locals go here as well. If I'm back there, I will definitely eat here. Actually, I'll plan my stops and have lunch here.

Been to this place several times over the years when visiting family in the town. The dining options are quite limited in the community, and while this may be the best of those limited options, I've never been particularly impressed. The food is filling, portions are good-sized and the prices are reasonable -- but unfortunately, the quality of the food is adequate at best. Everything is purported to be homemade, yet still often has an over-processed quality and tends to be over-salted. A little competition, combined with a little imagination with the cuisine and preparation, might provide some impetus for improvement.
