Cimarron Trading Post

I think the ambiance is what sells this place with the unique light fixtures, the bar area, and the hilarious signs throughout the bathrooms and game space. The food was mostly good. My husband loved his rodeo burger. As a vegetarian, I had a more difficult time and went with a grilled cheese and refried beans. I'd eat here over any of the chains, especially for the great service.
