Not a very big casino. Well kept, though. Just enough machines to hold your interest. Nice little snack bar, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. The decor is woodsy. Plenty of parking.

My Boss won 1,600 jackpot. He is Hispanic, and showed valid residency card as well as a Mexico license and he was refused his jackpot money because the opinion of a supervisor was he couldn't prove that his Social Security card matched his name so we would have to come back four days later he doesn't have days off work I'm really disappointed with the way they handled this situation. As I said he showed valid citizenship card and it was approved through personnel and accepted and we made 3 trips to Coffeyville together proper documentation. Understand that is a total of 150 miles and we still did not bring home his winnings. My research shows that you should be able to fill out a W-9 form without showing your social security number or card there is a federal or state law that requires a citizen to give written proof of their social security number when you are issued a w-2g and he can provide a social security number verbally or write it down I think the casino needs to understand that they are not a part of law enforcement the federal government requires the casino to withhold federal income tax of 28% if they could not show a valid Social Security card and by filling out a W-9 report for taxpayer identification you have to put your number and certification by signing the form your certifying the under penalty of perjury that this is your social security number and it relieves the casino of the responsibility for accuracy and puts on players shoulders. Anyway that was not good enough and I'm really disappointed with the way they handled the situation and it's going to cost me another hundred dollars in gas and probably another hundred fifty miles driving not happy and they were rude because I am American he is Hispanic they didn't want to talk to me they just wanted to intimidate him fact!!
