Charlie's Car Wash

Austin the manager was so extremely professional, kind and helpful. Him and his staff are incredible and do great jobs. Thank you to the team for doing a great job and making my experience as a costumer easy, comfortable and blowing my expectations completely out of the water. 10/10

Paid for a wash and interior clean. When I pulled up, I and asked if anyone has an issue driving a manual. The attendant, whom I assume was the manager on duty due to the name sewn onto his shirt, didn't respond for a good while, just looked over my head. I didn't think he heard me over the noise, so I asked again. He finally said, "That guy can, but if we can't, damage is on you." Then gave me a very rude tight smile. His sense seemed to return when they finished because he had the guy who knows how to drive a manual pull it forward. I'm disappointed in Charlie's on a couple points. Why are the employees not trained to be at least familiar enough with a manual to be able to pull one forward a short distance? Why did this employee act like I'm the problem? Should I not be able to expect the employees to treat my car with care? And if they damage it in the course of usual service, they'll really just return it and say, "Oops, we messed up, sorry about your luck." I have been to Charlie's multiple times. Whenever they didn't have someone on staff who can drive a manual, they just came to me and said sorry, do you mind pulling your car forward? No big deal. Really disappointed I'm this employee. Whether I go back or not depends on whether I get a response to this review by an affiliate of Charlie's.

Came for car was Super Expensive first off$19.00 for ultimate then it was and additional $25.00 for the inside. Here is the issue that does not cover the back window of the vehicle. Oh if you want us to do the whole thing it's another $3.00. I purchased the interior package. INTERIOR you would think means all of it not just part. Talked to manager Teddy and his was response was that's what corporate dictates to us and did not even care. It's a shame how customer service has gone so far to the "We don't care"

I thought I would give them a try again It seems like would work if you have paid 3 times go back-to-back But with that amount of money you could pay somebody to do it by hand

WORST AND MOST EXPENSIVE CAR WASH EVERTo say I was stunned by your pricing would be an understatement. To charge extra for everything that is or should be covered during a full service car wash is ridiculous! Paying extra to have carpet vacuumed in back of SUV is outrageous. Just spent $31 paying extra for the super interior clean only to be told that doesn't include the back end of the car....WHAT? Oh, I'd love to include my receipt number had I received one! Young girl was actually more interested in texting on her phone than getting me taken care of. I just relocated here and I WILL NOT ever use Charlie's again. Next stop Yelp and google reviews. .

Too expensive for an OK job. Took my very large truck in for a wash and it seriously took them less than 10 minutes to detail it after the wash. Water spots and streaked windows. Watched other customers get the run around when complaining so I just left. Won't be back.

I wish I could write a good review. Every time I up here I end up spending at least an hour. Their customer service stinks. I asked the first person for the works including interior cargo. They failed to charge me. Each time I go here this happens. I have to go inside and pay the extra, they screwed up, should not they accept responsibility? I have had membership for both cars since they opened in Wichita Ks. I have had my truck washed countless times including Saturday morning, and when I go for a second time they said this would be the last time as my truck doesn't fit? I'll be moving both vehicles to club car wash tomorrow.

Impeccably clean in and out although Price was high for $25 inside plus $19 outsideAustin even put on my car tag when I asked. I am having back problems and not sure how I was going to manage this.

Crappy service. Didn't have to wait at all for the tunnel wash, but the wait to get the interior service was 50 minutes. Total work time on the vehicle for the interior service was less than 5 minutes. And they wouldn't clean the inside of the hatchback window unless you paid the additional $3.00 for the cargo area. $25.00 charge for the interior service is a waste of money and a waste of time.
