Charlie's Car Wash

Charlie's does a pretty good job on the outside of my truck, the only issue is the drying section of the wash gathers too much water on the floor and the drying fans blow it up into the air, which leaves spots on the car and glass after driving through. The problem with this place is the interior cleaning. I have an unlimited exterior wash plan, but adding the inside is an extra $18 each time. My experience is that the inside is a rushed wipe down, and it misses A LOT of dust and crumbs, etc. after waiting for the average 30 minutes-- for the cleaning to be done, I don't have time (or patience) to repeat the process due to a sloppy job. The attached pictures were taken immediately after the deluxe interior package was done. Pretty much every area of the interior was lazily wiped, pushing dust into the corners. I didn't include photos of the shift lever area, the instrument cluster, and the steering column, which all had leftover dirt pushed into the corners. I suggest cleaning the interior at home!

Son took my car in on 2/28. Noticed new scratches. Outside trunk area not as clean as rest. Inside definitely not worth what they charged. Driver side window button now sticks like something sticky in there.Talked to manager. Offered to do again but wanted me to bring in quickly. Not sure why it would matter. Cousin osys the monthly thing for unlimited washes. Said dhe only used this location once because tthe kellogg/west one does a much better job. Should have known better. Dialysis pt here. I can't drink much at all. Actually only drink very little to just take meds. I don't tske liquids in care sincz I can't just drink like everyone else.

I drove my car in whole and came out with out the cover for my antenna. Seth admitted he saw it on the video. He saw the wind tunnel blow it off but he is sorry they aren't liable. It's only air he said. He said it could happen driving down the highway. They threw away the part that blew off so I have to buy a new one and have it installed. $250.00. I canceled my membership. Might not mean much to them but word of mouth is gold. I have 4 friends who are canceling today as well.

I've had a great experience with Charlie's. I find them much better than myself or some of the other automated washes in town. I find it ironic some people like to complain about nothing. Nonetheless, I thought they were worth some positive feedback. For the money and time it takes and the FREE vacuum cleaning - it's a great deal. Always friendly staff and yes, most of them are teens trying to do their best. I've never witnessed any rudeness or the ability to NOT CARE. Go here Yelpers!!

I'm used to paying less for a wash, so initially was hesitant to come here without the coupon that's usually floating around. Green lantern has a few kinks to work out before I consider it worthwhile to come back.When you pull in, hang to the right. There are two lanes. The left one is for members who have already prepaid. Right one is for non-members. There is a kiosk with an attendant, who shows you a menu of their services. If this is your first time, I'd recommend checking their site first for all the options to lessen the confusion. There are 3 exterior options and 2 interior ones. You can also choose to have your tires treated. I think there are two more add-ons not listed online...waxing and something else. After you pay at the kiosk, you drive around, and someone guides you into the wash tunnel. Stop and put your car into neutral, foot off the brakes. The entire exterior process is machinated. As you come out of the tunnel, you either head out or hang left to proceed to the interior clean area. You are offered air freshener and they then take your keys. There is both an inside and outside waiting area with snacks available for purchase. The entire process takes maybe 30mins.A few things to point out: Given the speed, you're not going to get a perfectly clean car. I had stuff on my back seat, and they didn't even move it to vacuum underneath. There was a stain on my door panel and console that was untouched. I left the lot and went shopping nearby. When I opened up my rear door, there was a pile of dirt still there. I returned to ask them to clean the parts they missed. The employee informed me that I had to buy the "Van" option, an extra $2, for them to clean the back of my Rav4. I was even more annoyed when I checked the back later and there was still dirt there. See picture. I'd be more ok with paying $32 if the job had been done well. Still, it's a very convenient service that Green Lantern offers and if I had a coupon, I might return.

I have given this location 5 1/2 years of my business. They continue to decline in quality. The cars are pushed through entirely too fast. I always have to go home and clean the soap off of my rear door and windows. I only go back hoping the undercarriage wash is actually done. I never pull out with a dry car.

Inside of the car was suppose to be detailed and there is crap everywhere doesn't even look wiped down. Husband was in a rush so didn't say anything. Outside wasn't much better and parts of leaves still in the seat

When my husband brought my truck home after getting it "cleaned" I noticed several scratches on the passenger side door and front fender. my bed cover was still dirty along with the back window and inside of the driver door. Wax was still left on the passenger side door. I will never go back there again!

This car wash is not like it use to be so so slow in cleaning a car. I was there for over an hour and they were not busy. They would start on one car and then I kid you not my car sat there for 20 minute and they would goto another and then another. This system is not working in my opinion.

If you want to get a sub average car wash at a premium price this is your place. When you put my truck in there so tight your wand guys don't even power wash the front, what's the purpose. This most recent time it's like they didn't even wash it. Never again
