Charlie’s Car Wash

First time coming to Charlie's Car Wash so I got the works! It's such a beautiful feeling getting into a fresh clean car. I had the full body wash that they do plus interior cleaning. They clean the windows, the dash, console etc. plus the vacuuming. They even vacuum the trunk. I've never had a car wash add the trunk with its services. I was at the store off kellogg and West Street and let me just say the customer service was outstanding! Usually when you are at a business with all teenagers they tend to be disconnected or rude. This staff all were so polite and looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. My point being that I'm sure it's not the most exciting or fun job, but you wouldn't know by the way they portrayed themselves. Whoever is their boss I sure hope you take good care of them because just by their customer service alone, I'll be a repeat customer!

I am from California and the machine wash there is $8. This place is $10. I asked for the interior cleaning and they advised additional $25. I was quoted $38 dollars total to do a full service car wash here in Wichita Kansas. I live in Orange County in California and my local full service car wash is $25. This place has a bad business plan and pricing schedule.

Awesome job! Got full service wash with interior detail. Good value for the money as well. Definitely recommend for car wash needs.

Just had the suburban cleaned, inside and out. We thought they did a great job, but the manager saw some bugs on the front grill and asked if we had time to go through again , on them. They were very through and so polite. Great job!

Took my car in to get a wash and clean today. Once we got out to the car the windshield was still dirty. It looks like they didn't touch it my dash was also filthy with dust. The floors still had stuff on it. My seats were not wiped down. I purchased the $45 package expecting my vehicle to be cleaned. There's also water marks all over my passenger side as if they didn't touch it. Extremely disappointed as my first experience was great but the past two have been awful. I had to go thru the self service and vacuum everything and after getting home wipe my windows down. I don't recommend them to anyone unless you wanna pay to do it all yourself.

Absolutely amazing service! I live on dirt roads so my truck is usually pretty dirty. Bought the $20 package and when we were done an attendant met us at the end and notified us that there was still a little mud in my wheels (I expect this with automatic washes) he asked us if we wanted to go through again before we left. I am very impressed with their service!

Bought an unlimited car wash membership, every single time I go to get a car wash the system doesn't work to read my sticker and I have to pull over to the left lane, where I wait for someone to come out a verify my information on an iPad and tell me it's all correct, and I should be "good to go" the next time. This is the 4th time it has happened and 4th time I've been told that. So a single car wash takes me 30 minutes without a vacuum

I purchased the signature wash, express interior and the trunk/cargo area. They did not even sweep or wipe out the cargo area. They left some dirt spots on the interior.

The car wash was great but when I had them clean the inside i got into my car and there was still dust and hair, stains on my seat, water marks, ect. will NOT be coming back.

I'm done with Charlie's. I tried to pull off my Qwikpass but it won't come off. I'm done giving them chances but they consistently aren't cleaning my car. They washed my car twice in one visit and still left the same two clods of bird poop behind. I gave up and left. There's too many other car wash places in town. Good thing I didn't tip them.
