Hands down best salon. I've been going to Charisma for years now and I couldn't be happier. Jessica has magical powers and has never let me down! I don't even tell her what to do anymore, I just let her work her magic. Tammy also did my hair for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect! These ladies are amazing at what they do. I also love the 'family' vibes of this salon. I wouldn't trust anywhere else!

Got a gift card for Christmas, so I went today to get a mani/pedi and brow wax. I got the "focus" manicure and it was pushing my cuticles back and nail polish. Didn't soak my hands, didn't massage my hands, nothing. Basically a polish change that I can get for $5 at a nail salon. I did the "aveda" pedicure and it was mediocre. The pedicure chair only vibrates, so it was more annoying than anything and I ended up turning it off after about 1 minute. The pedicure was ok, but after mentioning to my nail tech that I hated when places barely massages you, that's exactly what she did. It felt more like a tickle on my legs than a massage and to be honest, they do a better foot rub at the nail salon in the mall. It was extremely disappointing. The nail tech was very nice and sweet and friendly, but that's about it.

Just finished my pedicure, not even sure of the girls name. But I told her my calluses on my heels needed attention, she did nothing to them. Also, she didn't do well on the polish, it's on my skin, half of the nail is painted, ect and it's gel, so has to be soaked off. Her massage was lame. That's supposed to be the best part. I will not be back for a pedicure.

i asked for blonde highlights, and get some inches off. and let me say preston (my hair stylist) did such an amazing job! the place is so cute! the vibes were so amazing. everyone was so sweet. the unexpected head massage while she was washing my hair was amazing! i recommend the place. preston was so sweet and she was gentle. she made sure i didn't need anything before she left me for a moment.

Prices are absolutely outrageous. Charisma charges by the hour rather than just a set charge per service. I paid $214.00 for a partial weave ONLY that took an unbelievable 2 hours. No hair cut or blow dry and style. Completely absurd.

I absolutely love my monthly "me" time as I take advantage of numerous services at Charisma! From Sarah who greets me with the most energetic and professional attitude to Jessica, a skilled stylist, who has assured one picky customer that my hair is exactly how I like it for the past 9+ years to KJ who provides exceptional pedicures and manicures, I am thrilled that Wichita has such a premiere salon on the west side of town. And, if you live on the east side of town, I highly encourage you to check out their salon on Webb Rd.

Loving the new salon. So chic and clean. Highly recommend! Everyone is so friendly. Best one stop shop.

I go for a cut and color. Rachel is amazing! She is professional in every way. My hair is perfect it's as if she's known me for years yet I've only had three visits! I'm so happy to have found my new "me time" destination!!
