Channel Ridge Auto Repair

Couldn't be better! Broke down.with the family on the way to TN, called no less than 5 places; all booked and no help. Matt was kind offered to take a look, fixed the problem and sent us on our way. The only down side is I live so far away, I can't have Matt as my go to mechanic. Outstanding human!

I'm in the Army and was on the way to a school in SC coming from CO and MATT really helped me out when my radiator was having issues, he explained the issue in layman's terms but in a polite respectful way and had me fixed and on my way promptly, when I spoke to him on the phone he agreed to see me when I got down there to squeeze me in on short notice even after I had called 10 other shops prior. He came recommended specifically by another auto shop in the area and that was the only reason I called in the first place. In no small terms MATT helped me continue my career where I would have otherwise been dropped from the particular school that I was on the way to, I can not express my gratitude enough.

My Jeep Cherokee lost the cooling fan just outside Salina, KS. It was almost dinner time so we decided to stay the night and find a repair shop the next morning. I called the guys at Channel Ridge and they got me right in, repaired my Jeep in less than an hour, and we were on our way. Thanks to the guys at Channel Ridge. If I lived in Salina, you'd be my repair shop, no doubt.

My boyfriend and I were traveling cross country and the breaks went out on our truck suddenly! We had to be in Colorado Springs that day and were freaking out. I called AAA and they gave us the info of a shop that was not much help. They did how ever give us the number to Channel Ridge. It was just before noon so EVERYONE was going to lunch. Marvin at Channel Ridge got us into his shop immediately, figured out our problem within 2 minutes of lifting the hood and had us back on the road with in 1 hour! It was reasonably priced also. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO ANY OTHER SHOP MARVIN IS THE BEST!

My car started making a weird noise, so I brought it in to get checked out. They told me my power steering pump was out and that I'd need to spend $2,000 to get it fixed, because of labor and it supposedly being a special parts order.... I didn't have that to spend at the time.. so I took it to another shop... he said he couldn't find anything wrong w my car other than it a slight transmission leak.. he patched it up and stopped my fluids off for under $100 and I was on my way. No issues with the car since.. that was over 3 months ago.Basically... the customer service was awful, they openly mocked my car for being foreign, despite it being only 5 years old, and they're either incompetent or horrible scam artists. Take your pick.

I was blessed to find Channel Ridge Auto to take care of my kid's car issue. Matt was very patient and friendly over the phone. He even explained to my kid what needed to be fixed. I am 6 hours away from my kid so this experience eased my stress. THANK YOU!Thank you Matt for fixing the car, we appreciate it very much!

Had car problems on a road trip, and couldn't find any dealership that would even look at my car for a week. Marvin fit us into his schedule so we could keep rolling. No extra fee for being a tourist, and great mechanical knowleddge. If I lived in Salina, I'd take all my cars to him.

I was on a cross-country road trip from Colorado to Michigan when I began having car troubles in Salina, Kansas. I am so grateful I was close to Channel Ridge Truck & Auto when this happened. Marvin & his crew took great care of me-they were able to look at my car & assess the problem quickly. Marvin ordered an additional part in case we needed it so I wouldn't be delayed another day. They recommended a hotel to stay at & shuttled me there in the afternoon & picked me up in the morning. I felt like I was in the best hands possible & they were truly looking out for me. It's always stressful having car issues, especially away from home, but they made the process as painess as possible! Would highly recommend!

My parents were traveling to Texas to come visit for Thanksgiving and the front wheel bearings went out in the Truck. The men at Channel Ridge despite the day coming to an end replaced both wheel bearings and had my parents on there way in a little over an hour! Great team effort and very professionally done for a fair price. Thanks guys!
