I love her concert notes on Facebook. Daniel Hege, conductor is excellent. It is a pleasure to watch him conduct the orchestra. Here for the 'S wonderful : a tribute to George Gershwin concert. Can't wait to hear it!This concert is very popular by comparison to other concerts I have seen here. So glad Gershwin continues to be so popular!Silence all Cellphones please !!!

This was once a great convention center, but now so old and needs a massive makeover. Humans are nervous about change, but change has always been the only constant in this world. So it may be time for this to turn into something new that represents Wichita at its best.

My company had a booth at Exposure here. It was a big hall and was easy to get to. The only real issue was trying to find parking in the back area when it was time to set up. But once inside we found our booth easily and set up with no problems.During the actual event everything went smoothly. They had parking for the visitors, we walked over and there were plenty of hotels within walking distance. There was a cafe and the bathrooms were clean. It was a professional event from start to finish.

The 2015 Midwest Wine Fest was amazing!! This venue was perfect for it. The setup was excellent. There were hundreds of wineries showcasing their wines and many restaurants displaying high quality, full flavored, generous portions of their signature dishes. This was one of the best wine fest I've ever been to! Once again this was the best venue possible for an even like this. I'm glad I got to be a part of this. Cheers!

I've been to Century II many times. Typically I go to enjoy an magical performance from the Wichita Symphony Orchestra. But just recently I went to see Mythbusters Live. Thats one of the coolest things about this venue, the wide variety of entertainment that they host. It was built in the late 60s so it doesn't have that classic theater look, but it's still impressive. Century II also has a massive convention hall that is regularly filled with a variety of events including wedding, comic, wine, and outdoor conventions. There is a bar outside of the theater with drinks and snacks available. I don't typically get anything but it's cool to have the option in such a classy setting. I'm always tempted to order some scotch on the rocks when I go to the symphony.

Came here tonight to see Wicked and the show was AMAZING! Our seats were roomy and there wasn't a "bad" seat in the theatre. I will definitely be returning to see another show soon!

I went yesterday to see the Wichita symphony. They played beautifully, and had a guest, Wendy Warner, playing playing the cello with great talent. I was fascinated the entire time. Loved the older venue, the great acoustics, the fresh lattes and snack bar they had, as well as the original art hanging on the walls outside. They were all by women, I'm assuming because of the women's fair going on in the adjoining area. Already have plans on returning to see some musical theater. Love it!

Visited the Century II for The Nutcracker ballet. Huge place! Had to park in the Back 40, but that's cause we arrived a little late. I recommend you get your tix emailed or sent to you. Waiting a will call was a little long for some but not for me! I got lucky in the back of the line when one of the attendants waved me over and gave me my tickets! I met my man and we headed into the concert hall.I had been to the ballet in Tulsa and noticed that the seating in Wichita was a little outdated. The carpet seats are somewhat worn and there was a weird odor around us! Not sure if it was the fabric or someone's bad perfume! It didn't distract too much though. The ballet was wonderful and we enjoyed the start to our holiday!

They cancelled a show that was for September 29,2024. They never emailed ticket holders. I even had my credentials stolen by buying tickets for this venue. I now get to live the rest of my life on a credit freeze. Thanks, not.
