Nice place. It was kinda empty when we went, but the typical popcorn and drinks were good, and the theater was clean

Just moved to town and thought an afternoon away from unpacking would be nice. We went to see the new Top Gun movie. Staff all were attentive and popcorn was good and fresh. The issue I had was the theater we were in did not have a working AC unit. The manager stated it had just been serviced and she would go see if there was anything she could do. The room began to cool down but the AC shut down again. They opened the doors but the theater never got below 80 degrees. They had a fan in the front of the theater when we walked in so It was evident that they knew they had a problem. I'm sure that this is a spot issue but there could have been someone touching base with us or at least monitoring the temp in the theater. We'll be back just hope it a bit cooler for the next visit.

The seats are careworn, but taken care of. The theatre is kept clean. The restroom has plenty of stalls in the women's room. Popcorn and drink is inexpensive. The complimentary cups of water are tiny. We always get 2 each. We can't drink pop.

What an unpleasant experience we had in your theatre on Sat., Nov 24th ., headed to see Instant Family. Julie, one of your employees, insisted we leave one of our backpacks locked up in the office prior to entering the movie. We sought to reason with her, and she walked away during our conversation. We asked for a refund after my daughter left after seeing another patron with a backpack, and was denied. Is it not fair to your customers that this policy be posted somewhere? Anywhere? When this was brought up Julies response was that she did not have to post this policy...not in the lobby, nor at the ticket booth, nor on the web site, or at the concession stand. She treated us more like a club bouncer, than a movie manager. This occurred in El Dorado, KS.

Ooooh, El Dorado. There are six (if I'm remembering correctly) theaters inside Central Cinema, and each one seats a couple hundred people. That's literally 1/10 the population of this town, which means your movie experience will never be crowded. On top of that, ticket prices are cheap ($5 matinee!) and food prices are way more than reasonable. I heard from friends that the prices here dropped a lot after a management change. Not sure when that occured.Only downsides: movies don't start playing until later in the afternoon (4:10 was the first showing of anything when we went to see Les Mis. The theater didn't open up until fifteen minutes before), and they don't show every big hit (Django Unchained wasn't playing so we had to drive to Wichita for that). No biggie though, because Central Cinema is worth it for whatever they decide to play.

This is the only Theater in town and I think it does a good job. It is clean, nicely taken care of, and enjoyable. Offers cheap options. Doesn't always get all the movie titles but gets many of them. Has a small arcade that isn't spectacular but does its job. Best place to go on a night out in town.

Smaller town theater with smaller town prices. If you want to see a movie and eat theater food. Popcorn, nachos, candy. They can do all that here. And you want take the wallet thumping you do at the warren.

Place has turned into a absolute dump 24 and been going for years, our last two outings have been awful, we watched the new Thor day of release and the movie was already awful but to make it worse everyone in the theater got to pay 10$ to listen to a toddler scream for 80% of the movie, the idiot mom decides to take the kid out during the last 20 minutes of the movie. Tonight we watch "smile" rated R and there was CLEARLY a huge group of at most 14 yr olds which as we all know rated R is 17+. So everyone of age got to listen to a bunch of kids talk the entire movie. Cmon yall, Warren turned to shit a few yrs ago, don't turn into them. 1 star for having my last two outings ruined due to the poor judgment of management for allowing litteral 3 yr Olds into teen/adult movies and pre teens into mature movies. Pathetic management and even more pathetic waste of time

Love coming here!Reasonable prices and concession costs. Staff is always friendly. Theaters are clean and never overcrowded. Definitely a hidden gem.

Great theater. Always clean and the prices are inexpensive. It's nice not having to go all the way to Wichita to see a movie.
