Absolutely love this cat hospital! The staff are so kind and Dr. Jones has helped manage my cats health issues otherwise misdiagnosed by another vet. We will forever be clients despite a 30 min drive on our end. Thank you Dr. Jones (and team) for doing an exceptional job helping with my cats and other rescue cats I have brought in on behalf of WAAL.

Absolutely wonderful. I wont bring my cat to any place else. They were able to get my buddy right in, and helped get him on the mend. I was a crying mess and Lisa, the manager, was so caring and thoughtful. I called with a couple of questions and the doc called me back personally both times. Thank you Cat Hospital!! You are awesome!!

This is a review JUST of the grooming service. Our cat had some clumps, and we decided to get her back end shaved- sort of a 'baboon cut'. Even though we had all the records from our usual vet, we had to get another check up (to the tune of 25) before they'd do the grooming. Then, instead of just shaving her hindquarters as discussed, they gave her a full 'lion cut'.Very disappointing.

I have been using the Cat Hospital of Wichita for over 12 years for all of my cats. I am grateful for the cat-only practice as some of my cats are already stressed enough about being put in a carrier and driven somewhere, I can only imagine how they would handle having dogs around as well. The clinic is bright, clean, and well kept. The boarding area is separated from the hospital area, and has a huge window allowing natural sunlight. The waiting room is open with lots of natural light, and you will most likely be greeted by at least one cat who calls the clinic home. The cages in the hospital area are large enough to allow every the biggest of cats to have room to move around and be comfortable.Dr. Jones and her staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful no matter what the situation. They all genuinely care about me and my fur babies. They have never failed to send a sympathy card when I have lost one, and they did not charge me when I had to make the difficult decision to let my nineteen year old go last December.I live 30 miles away from the clinic, and there are multiple other options for me (including the clinic that I take my dog), but I will not take my cats anywhere else unless it is an emergency and the Cat Hospital is not open. I also work normal business hours, which makes it difficult to make appointments, and the Cat Hospital allows me to drop off my cat in the morning on my way in to work and pick them up on my way home, which is a huge lifesaver for me, as the alternative is being two hours late to work and having to drive double the mileage during the day. Most recently, we had a cat who tore half of her claw out, and we weren't sure if we would have to declaw or if it just needed cleaned and disinfected. Dr. Jones gave us all of the options and we decided that removing that claw was the best for Peachy. When I returned two weeks later to have her stitches removed I was surprised that I didn't have to pay, since we had just had to pay $25 for suture removal for our dog elsewhere. Finally, the Cat Hospital offers some of the least expensive spay and neuters that I have been able to find that are not part of a sliding scale. They charge $50 for a neuter and $75 for a spay, which is much cheaper than the average (and even what they were charging a little over 5 years ago), because they want to ensure if you do one thing for your pets, you spay/neuter and they want to make it affordable, without sacrificing the quality that we have come to expect from Dr. Jones.

Wow! Talk about world class service! My cats love her. Dr Jones is probably the best veterinarian I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She took the time to really know me as well as my cats after an international move. We were given lots of time for education and thorough history taking.

I took my cat into the vet because of some health issues. I left her overnight and when I got her home and tried to get out of the carrier she wouldn't move. I took her out and carried her to her food. She took a bite and hobbled back to the livingroom. When I left her she had 4 good legs. When I got her home she had 3 good legs. She didn't move for 3 days and I took her back. four days later and over $500 they put her down. I miss her and got no explantion of what happened to her leg. Just a bill. I never took my other cat back there. I knew in my heart that it was someone there who was responsible for her having to be put down.

My cats have been seeing Dr. Jones exclusively for 20+ years. Outside of the occasional and dreaded after hours emergency, I would not take my cat anywhere else. They provide kind, compassionate, individual care to every client and cat. The prices are reasonable, too. The benefit of being a cat-only practice is indescribable. Highly, highly recommended.
