Caring Hearts Veterinary Clinic

Our dog is 13 and has been coming to Caring Hearts since she was a puppy. The care is excellent and the staff is wonderful. I can't imagine the negative comments on this website. People with an axe to grind are more likely to leave reviews. From stories that I have heard from people going to other Vets the prices at Caring Hearts seem to be very reasonable. The Vets and staff are truly very caring and it is as much a cause for them as an occupation. I highly recommend Caring Hearts to my friends and neighbors.

So i went in there to get flea medicine for my animals and look into other services for my animals as well... The appt took forever because they didn't sit and talk with me about what i am interested in or other services. So basically id ask them 1 at a time because when i mentioned something she ( the doctor) would go into the back and take like 15 20 minutes to do this and i could hear her and her staff talking about me and what i was asking about... And i mean the conversation i could hear was not nice at all.... So then finally the vet dosent even return to me but a staff member does, hands me the remaining flea medicine i needed and then rudely asked if there was anything else... So then, i go to pay, i asked for seporate invoices for my dogs due to one of my dogs being a service dog and i need it seporate for tax purposes. They failed to do this and put everything under my dogs name and handed it to me. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone! They're rude as all hell and unprofessional i wish i never walked in there. I left crying. Fuck this place caring hearts my fuckin ass.

No cars in the parking lot but we wait for an hour with an appointment. Lots of customers not showing up and I can see why. What a bunch of chumps treating customers like this. No we're not coming back. We hear the help shooting the breeze in the other offices. Kind of wish they'd do the job they were hired for including the doctor.

My pets have always been well taken care of by the doctors and staff at Caring Hearts. The doctors have taken the time to explain what they are doing and have answered my questions politely and directly. The staff is most helpful when I'm checking out and they love to spoil our dogs! I think the people that come into the clinic with a bad attitude, in the first place, are the ones who are receiving bad service. It's extremely hard to be polite to someone who is being extremely rude to you.

Both are pets have been cared for and boarded here. The staff is extremely caring and knowledgable. All the vets and vet techs love when we show up with our girls and always make sure to say hi. Very gentle with the dogs through all the procedures they have been through.

I've been taking my pets to caring Hart's for a few years and when it was time to have Lucy put to rest they wouldn't help pretty lousy.

They have gone out of their way to make my pets comfortable and well treated. We had to send our dog over the rainbow bridge & they treated our pet & us with the utmost respect. I would recommend them to all seeking great care & understanding with your pet.

Have been a patient for twenty years at Caring Hearts. My Gabby got suddenly Sick they could not see her since it was dental surgery day or I could drop her off and they would see her between patients without me there. The front desk would not check with the Dr or vet techs. Gabby died twenty four's hours later. They are not there for you if it's an emergency no compassion.

was told this was a good vet office so I took my dog in for dental. There were issues that I had warned the Dr I talked to about. They didn't tell me someone else was doing the surgery which was crappy! I'm sure he wasn't any good as he didn't even listen to his heart or breathing. Probably didn't relay anything I said either. No one told me he died. I had to call to find out. They were not compassionate at all.. here's his teeth. She even lifted his lips to show me what she pulled. He's dead. Stop doing that! Your bills up front. Not even the same Dr. I feel like I set my baby up to die. They made me hate life and feel so guilty. I wish I had canceled like I thought about. I'll never ever get over this and these people. Why didn't they even call when there was an issue! They advertise on their Facebook about how important dental is, but with a qualified veterinary office. Never again!!!!!!!

When Dr. Frazier is in the room with my dog, I feel she is a caring person. However, getting to that point is ridiculous. I have waited and waited and waited in the past. My last visit, I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Then I was put in the exam room and waited an hour and 10 minutes. No one ever came in to apologize or anything for the wait. I might have continued to wait had someone came in and said, I'm sorry but we had an emergency or some reason for the long wait. I ended up leaving. When I left, there was another person still sitting in the waiting room with their dog that I had been visiting with prior to going in the exam room. They hadn't even gotten into the exam room. Shame on the veterinarian for running a business like this. I guess customers are a dime a dozen. Vets are a dime a dozen as well. I'm going elsewhere.
