Carie helped me purchase a home and a few years later recently sell that same home. She is an intelligent and motivated woman. She was there through everything I needed. She looked out for me when another realtor was being predatory. She helped me look for pit falls. She was gracefully honest when she needed to be. She really knows how to read the market. She's aggressive and reasonable at the same time. She really knows how to read other realtors and buyer/sellers well. She is very experienced and it shows. I walked away happy both times and would only contact her to buy or sell a home from now on. Love love love her!

I was looking at selling my home in Hutchinson because my guy and I were buying a house in Wichita. Carie helped us through the process of locating the perfect one for us. My first instinct was to sell my home in Hutchinson on my own just because I needed as much out of it as possible and didn't want to pay extra fees. Carie discussed different options with me and the things she could do to get my home sold fast. She was able to build in the commission so I was still getting out of it what I needed. Carie was wonderful! She helped us find the perfect home. We knew what we were looking for, but we wanted to be sure we were doing the right thing with purchasing a brand new home. She was very patient with us and took us to see many different homes to help ease our minds.
