LaShelle is awesome to work with. She is very responsive and quick to help out with any issues we've had.

We needed to leave our home vacant in Wichita due to a job change - we did not feel comfortable leaving it empty and unattended, and since it was for sale a renter was not a good option. This service was the best of both worlds, the home was staged and cared for and when the sale goes through the caretakers move on with 30 days notice - very happy with the service and provided a peace of mind from miles away.

The Office Manager's are great! They are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend COA Home Rentals.

This is a great property Managment company. Passionate about taking care of properties while professional and timely for any repairs that are necessary. Anything that has needed repaired has been fixed or an upgrade. I would recommend them to friends and family.

We have lived in our house for almost a year and a half now, and Caretakers of America has been the absolute BEST at taking care of us. We have a had a few maintenance requests, and each has been handled professionally and in a timely manner, with great communication when there are unexpected and unavoidable holdups in the process. Even the big issues - such as an unexpected sewer line replacement - were handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a tenant, I recommend them to ANYONE looking to rent a property - and based on my experience, I'd want them managing any rental properties I might have if I were an owner.

Debbie is the worst person I've ever met. If I was you I wouldn't go thru this lady. Lazy. Rude. She cares about your money not you as a human. Me and my girlfriend were in one of her apartments a couple months ago and got a dog because the people above us had one and I asked them how long they have been living there they said 3 years and they had the dog for 2 years so we thought it was ok to get a dog no where in the lease agreement said we cannot have a dog. But Debbie didn't like that so she did everything in her power to kick us to the street, we had nothing we were struggling to find a new place. I was 19 years old at the time. So recently we drove by and seen the dog our neighbors had and they still live there.

The main agent for this company is Debbie. I have never met a more dislikable person in my life. Once you sign the paper, you are garbage to her and she is the rudest person one can imagine. In her eyes, you work for her now. She ignores your needs if something goes wrong with the house and when we left, she found a "smudge" on the kitchen floor, 2 burned-out bulbs, and the lawn was an inch too high for her liking. For this, she charged us $234 of our security deposit. The people who moved in after us experienced the same kind of treatment before they even moved in and asked me about her. Too late. These people are crooks and should be avoided at all costs. You have been warned.

Do NOT work with this business. We have been living in a rental property for a year now and had no problems. We are always on time with bills. We have never gave them a hard time. A month ago we discovered that the house we are renting has carpet beetles! They were all in our beds, couches, underneath the carpet. Everywhere. They came from all of the windows being rotted out. I contacted a pest company to come take a look because I thought the pest situation would be our fault so I would handle it myself. I had told Debbie what was going on and she said to send the bill to them and they would take care of it. NOPE. The pest company put the charge on the invoice as a bed bug treatment when they didn't even treat for them. They were called for carpet beetles. After Debbie had seen this, she instantly put in her mind that we had bed bugs. So she had one of her "professionals" come take a look and they clearly told us and her that there were no bed bugs. Only carpet beetles. We have been sleeping on the floor for a little over a week now because they are still in this house. We had to throw our beds away and they do not care about our living situation. We asked for a deal to get out of the lease but was turned down immediately. I even told them I would pay for all of the treatment just to get the hell out of this house. Nope. Denied. We are stuck for almost another year. Stay clear away from this company! They do not care for others well-being.

We have rented from Caretakers of America for over twelve years and have had nothing but good from them. Always call right back every time emergences always first priority with them. Great people, I would highly recommend!

Very unprofessional!!! I asked for information about the property and all i got was a response stating simply "Showing 1:30". Yet again, I ask for more info, and they completely ignore it. Would not use a company that doesn't seem to want people to use them.
