Better than expected! My husband and I liked the clear elevator upfront. Clean room. Signs to make sure you lock up your car. I asked the receptionist was it high crime in the area. She said no, however I didn't believe her.

Room didn't even have hot water. When I told the front desk they told me to just leave it running.. like that would help anything..? And of course, it did not. Wouldn't recommend at all. Plenty of other nearby options with working hot water, I'm sure.

Would of been a 5 if they had a bell hop. However, staff was very accommodating and helped get my portable oxygen concentrator and personals to room and out. The room was very tasteful and soothing. The shower pressure was good. Plenty of towels.Thermostat responsive. Allows pets. My cat was allowed to roam the room (and he approved of the room too.

Clean and spacious with full kitchen. Probably worth the extra $10 or so to upgrade to an actual suite with a bedroom closed off from main area. Downsides are there's free coffee but no breakfast if that's your thing, not much in the way off Door Dash availability here and the parking lot can be a bit full on the weekend because of the bar next door.

I highly recommend this hotel. I was traveling with my husband and two dogs for a long weekend to visit family and found myself needing a place to stay last minute. The rate was affordable and the location was in the perfect spot to access highway, so I gave it a shot. I was so pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel is very clean and updated. The location is safe and quiet. The room was so spacious, with all the amenities I could need. The staff got me checked in quickly, despite my last minute 2am check in. They were SO friendly and welcoming. I was especially impressed by how welcoming the staff was to my dogs. They have small "gym" (more like a room with some fitness machines), and laundry, as well as a small quick convenience store-like shop in case you forget any essentials or need snacks. The location is next to a nice steakhouse and a small bar. It is also right down the street from Town East Mall and all the restaurants and shops in that area. Very easy access to everything. Bed was super comfortable. We got the suite and the room was incredibly spacious, which we loved. Full size fridge with kitchenette made late night ramen cravings especially easy. My only complaint is that the water pressure for the showers was very low, making it a little frustrating. Also, it should be noted that housekeeping doesn't come around everyday unless you request. We didn't know this going in, and we threw all the towels on the ground to be replaced, only to discover that housekeeping never came by. I later found out their housekeeping policy, which was fine, but some advance notice would have been nice. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, pet friendly, safe, clean, and wonderful staff. Thanks to Felicia and Matt(?) for being so welcoming and ready to help.

Decor: like a really nice 1990s timeshare with a flat screen TV. Everything is clean and the daily towel and sheet service appears extraordinarily comprehensive and efficient. As far as free hotel breakfasts go, the breakfast is impressive - good eggs and tasty bacon. And you know what? They have a pool (it's not tremendously impressive but it is well-maintained and gets the job done) and a manager's reception-type deal in the evening with popcorn and drinks. You aren't going to do much better than this at this price point. The wi-fi can be spotty, depending on your room.

One word "TERRIBLE!" Do not stay at this hotel. First the advertising is misleading. It says the room is a suite that sleeps five. It actually only has two full beds and and old room with a 69s style sofa. When we got to our room the toilet was clogged and running over. When I called the front desk they told me to come to the front desk and grab the plunger. I had to plunge the toilet myself. Secondly when it was time to turn in for the night we pulled back the bed sheets to discover them covers with "MOUSE DROPPINGS!" I alerted the staff and was told to shake out the sheets. I demanded a second room for a switch and after some discussion they made the switch. They didn't offer a discount, an apology or even help relocate us to the new room. The lady running the front desk was on her cell phone and acted irritated that we were asking for help!Terrible experience! Do not book a stay. Motel 6 would be better! They do

We were very grateful to have two rooms so we could have time with our college son and his brother. Since we knew it would be over 100 degrees we picked a hotel with a pool. But it's green. Unusable. A broken toilet seat in our needed handicap bathroom, fixed on day 3 as well as the tub stoppers that were missing. Now on day 4, loud drills outside our window working on the cell tower. No notice. The free laundry facilities are very nice!2am the police were pounding on all guests doors. They had a call someone was shot. Then today we were blocked from our parking lot (husband is handicapped) because a large area was blocked off by police because a suspicious package was found. Just the worst stay ever.

This hotel is the very best for the price. Rooms are very clean, there are kitchens in every room with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, a dishwasher and a great desk/table & work space. That said, the service was above and beyond! The computer system was down and the sweet receptionist, Tajzay got me checked in with no wait, then figured out the problem with the system. Not only that, she went & got me a propane tank for the fire pit. Did I mention the covered outdoor area with a fire pit & 2 huge grills that guests are allowed to use? Oh, there's a gym and free laundry too. I visit Wichita monthly & wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. I think my room was around $112 per night. I wouldn't change a thing especially Tajzay.

Very clean room, fast and easy check in even late in the evening, fast internet - overall good quality service and I have stayed here multiple times on extended work trips. I find the service great, particulary if you're looking for an extended stay hotel (meaning you don't get daily room cleaning unless you ask for it, etc). It's perfect for me with the small kitchen and I appreciate not being interrupted by room cleaning so I can focus on work, make the space more my own and maintain privacy.
