Cancun Mexican Grill

Upscale interior design as compared to most Mexican restaurants in this town. Service was good. The food was good, but somewhat average as compared to other Mexican places here. The salsa was OK, and chips were thin and crispy as well as fresh. They have a good price value mix.Can't say it's anything special, but certainly worth the value. Nice atmosphere, will probably come back!

There are a-lot of good Mexican food joints in Hutchinson, but this is our top choice. We eat here at least once a week. The service here is alway great, super friendly, and they will hablame en español :)Recommendations:1) Tacos al Pastor con pico de gallo2) Fajita Loca con pollo Gracias y hasta la semana que viene

Pros: Beer was served in a frosty mug that gave you a nice layer of beer slush which I really like. Service was nice and the chips and salsa were serviceable. Cons: The entree wasn't great. I had 2 beef and one cheese enchilada. The sauce was meatless and had a sweet flavor that reminded me of a mole. It probably would've been better on chicken. Disclaimer: I'm from TX and their style may be different in KS.

Visited for the first time in 2 years recently. Sadly, quite disappointed. The salsa lacked any spice. I ordered a combo of 2 items. The quesadilla was the best thing on the plate. The rice had no flavor and was on the dry side. The burrito was quite small and was fairly bland. My husband ordered a chimichanga and said it was so-so. He also ordered a chili relleno. We both took one bite and pushed it aside. The texture was too.....undercooked, I think. Anyway, not a good experience, sorry to say.

Apparently it's no longer Casa Azteca but Cancun Mexican Grill. Food didn't live up to previous reviews so I think this is a whole different place. Good but not come back a second time good.

The food was VERY DELICIOUS and had lots of flavor. Every worker was wearing a mask. Also they were fast and nice. I would definitely come here again!

Such an affordable place to eat! I recommend their Molcajete. Extra fancy, lots of culture and so tasty.

Get the Moleica? Whatever, it's the Lava Bowl, and it's screaming hot and filled with amazing! Also had the fajitas! Amazing.Also had the pineapple chicken and shrimp - awesome food!

Choose this restaurant based on favorable reviews. I would highly recommend Casa Azteca, all reviews are accurate. My business partner and I choose their Molcajete as it's reviews "raved" this dish. GET this dish, amazing! Be prepared for huge portions. One could easily split he dish. Will stop here again. Next time. Oh, the chips and salsa were excellent as well. Enjoy.

Party of 11, various entree including Chile Rellenos, various fajita dishes, and Cheese Mexicana Enchiladas. Everyone was delighted. Those bolder requested the hotter salsa and were pleased. The Tequila Sunrise were light in their opinions. Enjoyed the Mango Mexican Soda! Always sold out at home. Service was reasonable as were portion sizes. Everyone was happy. Some came back for a second night of dining
