The time to have fixed this was two+ years ago when you folks told me you'd buy my 2002 Holiday Rambler Endeavor with 36,000 miles, which I cleaned out and brought to you. AN OFFER WAS MADE, WHICH I ACCEPTED, and which you DECLINED TO HONOR when I got there. I should have sued, but I needed to sell it, so I took a $10,000 hit. If you want to make it right now, that's what it will take. Otherwise my review stays at 1 star, only because I can't give you a zero.

This is ridiculous..Friends camper has been in the SERVICE DEPT. Since last August 2022 waiting on parts....Its March 2023. She gets a phone call once in a while saying they are STILL waiting on parts. HOW LONG CAN IT POSSIBLY TAKE!!!!!!!! Getting Extremely Frustrated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is in Wichita Kansas....

I hate giving negative reviews but this one I can't help with. When we arrived the gentleman who was supposed to greet us was on his phone and didn't acknowledge us until we said hi. He (Mark) continued to be on his phone through our tour with which we had to walk around to find someone to help us. I was not impressed with the service as it seemed they truly just wanted the sale, they didn't actually care about you or your needs. While touring a few trailers, the gentleman lit a cigarette right next to us and mentioned how he and many other workers would just hide in rvs and "take a little nap here and there". I don't care what you do at work as long as customers or myself can't see your unprofessional behavior. Not to mention the RVs weren't clean nor show-worthy.I would've loved to give more stars. Gave two starts since they did in fact have a lot of inventory but the service and state of the store was subpar. It's unfortunate y'all advertise being "the best and biggest around" and yet you showed no effort in caring about your job or the company. If you need to shop for RVs, check out Harper Camperland in Park City, they helped us a ton with our first experience looking at RVs.

When you go to buy an RV from this dealer you can clearly see that all of the salespeople have a quota board on a flat screen tv. I felt like they were rushing to sell me a RV. I put down a deposit on a rainy day, my mistake. The manager was rushing to get my information to approve me for financing. The entire time that I was there I felt rushed. I came back a week later with my fiancé and when we got a good look around we noticed several things wrong. There was water damage underneath the shower. The slide had been taped, clearly keeping it from leaking. The salesperson told me that there had been a leak that was previously fixed, but after taking a good look around it was clear that "fixed" meant taped together. Needless to say, i got my deposit back and checked out other dealers. If I were you, I'd check out Wichita RV East. They were amazing for us!

Last month we purchased a slightly used (2024 & less than 4,000 mile) Class C from Camping World in Denver. We were driving it back to our home in Missouri, when my husband noticed the slide inching out while we were driving down I-70. We pulled over at a rest area, extended the slide and retracted it, and started back down the road. It continued to open up as we drove and we had to pull over multiple times to open it and close it. We were going through Wichita (in the rain) and contacted Camping World there. They said to bring it in. Matt & his maintenance crew saw us as soon as we pulled in. They were able to temporarily fix the issue within 30 minutes so we could be on our way. They were courteous and knowledgeable and knew what to look for. They recommended we have our local Camping World look at the footings when we get back. We are so appreciative of the immediate service and help Matt & his team provided when we were in need.

I have been working with a very nice and respectful salesperson named Eddie for MONTHS. He was patient and I very easy to work with. After going to a trade show I saw a camper I liked more, but it was just above my credit union's approval. This was on a Sunday so I was super excited. I looked up the RV I saw at the trade show and it was at Camping World in Wichita. (HURRAY)The issue came when I went to their website to prequalify. I filled out their online credit application only to be told someone would reach out. I called my salesperson (on his day off). He called me back saying I had to come in and decide what vehicle I wanted before they could qualify me for anything. This defeats the purpose.........I was a loan officer for years. I know how a prequalification/preapproval work. They were using the process as a sales tactic to get me in the store and waste hours of my time. This conversation gave me ZERO confidence that I would be receiving the best service. Not to mention the attitude from a woman with loan department when I questioned the ethics of this and said I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say I WONT be using CW to purchase my trailer.

You want the lowest trade in value around give this place a shot! You also want someone to try and talk to you like you don't know what your talking about give them a call! General manager tried to tell me because they discounted there camper that they cant sell (been sitting awhile) that i should essentially take it up the shorts on my trade in value and I'm getting a good deal.. They will turn around and make up there "lost" profit on my camper.. lol..
